ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանը խոսել է ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության հեռանկարների մասին

Ժամանակակից աշխարհում նոր սոցիալ-տնտեսական, ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակում պետությունների տնտեսական հնարավորությունների միջազգայնացումը հանդիսանում է ազգային առաջընթացի համար անշրջելի երևույթներից մեկը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Новости АТР-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ-ու մ ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանը՝ անդրադառնալով Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը և միությունում Հայաստանի հեռանկարներին:

«Այս տենդենցի հիմնական պատճառը առկա իրողությունների պայմաններում  բնակչության կենսամակարդակը, ազգային անվտանգության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու պետությունների ձգտումն է: Սա մարդկային հասարակության զարգացման առումով անխուսափելի իրողություն է գլոբալիզացիայի փուլում, որը պահանջում է ազգային հնարավորությունների և ջանքերի միավորում ավանդական և ավելի գլոբալ խնդիրները լուծելու համար, հատկապես պետությունների և տարբեր միությունների միջև աճող մրցակցության պայմաններում»,- ասել է Եսայանը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, դեսպանը հավելել է, որ պետությունների ցանկացած միություն անդամ երկրներին ոչինչ չի տալիս, եթե նրանք չեն ձգտում ստեղծված հնարավորությունները ծառայեցնել իրենց շահերին:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը բխում է երկրի շահերից և նման որոշում կայացվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով առկա իրողություններն ու խնդիրները: Եսայանն ընդգծել է, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը պայմանավորված է երկրի ռազմավարական և տնտեսական հետագա զարգացման հեռանկարներով:
