Հայ խոհարարական ավանդույթների զարգացման և պահպանման հ/կ նախագահ Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը և ազգագրագետ Խորեն Գրիգորյանն այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում խոսեցին մայիսի 21-ին Մուսալեռում անցկացվելիք «Ուդուլի» տոլմայի 6-րդ ավանդական փառատոնի մասին, անդրադարձան անվանակարգերին, որով մրցելու են մասնակիցները, ու այս տարվա փառատոնի առանձնահատկություններին:
Բանախոս Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը նշեց, որ նման փառատոների անցկացումը կարևոր նշանակություն ունի ազգային մշակույթի պահպանման ու զարգացման գործում.
«Տոլմայի տոնի գաղափարն առաջացել է 2011 թվականին, երբ մեր հարևան երկրի նախագահն իրենց Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի շենքի բացման օրն անդրադարձավ հայերի մշակութային «էքսպանսիային»՝ մշակութային արժեքների յուրացմանը, մատնանշելով տոլմայի օրինակը: Նա նույնիսկ այսպիսի միտք էր հայտնել՝ եթե որևէ հայի հարցնեք՝ ի՞նչ է նշանակում տոլման, չի կարող պատասխանել: Մենք մեր կազմակերպության խորհրդով որոշեցինք՝ կազմակերպել տոլմայի տոն, որը կլիներ մեր պատասխանը նշված անձի հայտարարությանը: Մի քանի տարի անընդմեջ այդ տոնը կազմակերպում էինք հատկապես «Ոսկե Ծիրան» կինոփառատոնի օրերին, որին մասնակցելու եկած բոլոր հյուրերին հրավիրում էինք տոլմայի տոնին: Իսկ տպավորություններն իրապես մեծ էին: 2011թ. մեր ամենակարևոր ձեռքբերումը տոլմայի և այդ տոնի մասին եղավ CNN հեռուստաընկերության պատրաստած, 2 օր անընդմեջ՝ 3 րոպե տևողությամբ եթեր հեռարձակվող հատուկ ռեպորտաժը, որը նկարահանվել էր հենց տոնի ընթացքում»:
Անդրադառնալով ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կողմից մարդկության ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության ներկայացուցչական ցանկում տոլման ներառելու խնդրին, Սեդրակ Մամուլյանն առանձնացրեց հետևյալ հանգամանքը.
«Եթե տեղյակ եք՝ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն որևէ մշակութային արժեք գրանցելու համար պարտադիր պայման է համարում տվյալ երկրում երևույթի հետ կապված կոնկրետ գործող ավանդույթի առկայությունը, և մենք որոշեցինք տոլմայի տոնի կազմակերպումը հենց այդ միտումով դարձնել ամենամյա ավանդույթ: Ի ուրախություն մեզ՝ պետք է նշեմ, որ տարեցտարի տոնի կազմակերպումն ավելի դյուրին պրոցեսի է վերածվում: Տոնը գնալով ավելի ու ավելի ներկայացուցչական է դառնում. ավելանում են տոնին մասնակցող տոլմայի տեսակները, մասնակիցների թիվը»:
