Ադրբեջանում ահավոր ծանր են տանում, որ աշխարհի գրեթե բոլոր երկրները չեն արտաբերում, որ Հայաստանն ագրեսոր է և ագրեսիա է իրականացրել Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ: Ադրբեջանցիները ցավով են նշում, որ Հայաստանին առայսօր ագրեսոր են համարել միայն Ադրբեջանը, իհարկե հարազատ Թուրքիան և Իրանը:
Շատ զարմացած են ու զայրացած, թե այդ ինչպես է, որ կան <<օկուպացված>> տարածքներ, բայց ագրեսոր չկա, մոռանալով, որ իր Հայրենիքում ծնված ու մեծացած արցախցին չի կարող նվաճող, ագրեսոր համարվել, և որ արցախցիները ընդամենն ազատագրել են իրենց պատմական տարածքների մի շատ նվազագույն հատվածը…
Իսկ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևն անամոթաբար հայտարարում է. <<Հայաստանը հանդիսանում է լուրջ վտանգի աղբյուր տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրների համար>>: Եվ լկտիաբար ավելացնում. <<Շփման գոտում ապրիլի 2-ին Հայաստանի ռազմական արկածախնդրությունը մեկ անգամ ևս ապացուցում է, որ հայկական ռեժիմը լուրջ իրական վտանգի աղբյուր է ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի համար>>:
