Բացի այն, որ մանանեխը (горчица, Brassica juncea) օգտագործվում է խոհանոցում՝ տարբեր ուտեստներ համեմելու համար, այս համեմունքը կարող եք նաև օգտագործել մի քանի առողջական խնդիրներ լուծելու նպատակով:

Մանանեխը հրաշալի պայքարում է մկանային ցավերի կամ այրվածքների դեմ:

Եթե այրվածք եք ստացել, պարզապես հաստ շերտով մանանեխը քսեք վնասված հատվածին, և ցավն անմիջապես կանցնի:

Եթե մրսել եք և կոկորդի ցավ եք զգում, մանանեխը խառնեք կես կիտրոնի հյութով, 1ճ/գ աղով, 1ճ/գ մեղրով և կես բաժակ եռացրած ջրով: 10 րոպե անց, երբ ջուրը սառչի, մեկ կամ երկու կում լցրեք բերանն ու ողողեք: Խառնուրդը տհաճ համ ունի, սակայն շատ արդյունավետ է:

Մանանեխը կարող է նաև մարզումներից հետո հանգստացնել մկանային ցավերը: Եթե մարմինը կամ մկանները ցավում են, ապա կարող եք մանանեխով հանգստացնող լոգանք ընդունել:

Պարզապես 2 ճ/գ մանանեխը խառնեք 1ճ/գ ծովի աղով: Խառնուրդը լցրեք տաք ջրի մեջ: Մանանեխը կբարձրացնի լոգանքի թերապևտիկ ազդեցությունը, և ցավը մի քանի րոպե անց կանհետանա: Լոգարանում մնացեք մոտ 20 րոպե, ապա ցնցուղ ընդունեք՝ տհաճ հոտը մաշկից վերացնելու համար:

Կարող եք նաև ոտքերի համար լոգանք ընդունել մանանեխով: Տարայի մեջ լցրեք տաք ջուր, ավելացրեք 1ճ/գ մանանեխ և լավ խառնեք: Ոտքերը դրեք ջրի մեջ:

Եթե մեջքի ներքևի հատվածում ցավեր ունեք, 1:2 հարաբերությամբ խառնեք մանանեխի խյուս և ալյուր: Ավելացրեք մի փոքր ջուր, խառնեք այնքան, մինչև խյուս ստանաք: Խառնուրդը քսեք կտորի վրա և կտորը դրեք ցավող հատվածին: Կոմպրեսը պահեք 20-30 րոպե և թույլ տվեք խյուսը հրաշքներ գործի:
