Սան Սեբաստիանը զորակցում է ԼՂ բնակչության խաղաղ և բնականոն կերպով ապրելու իրավունքին

Բասկերի Երկրում գտնվող Սան Սեբաստիան քաղաքի քաղաքային խորհրդը ապրիլի 26-ին ինստիտուցիոնալ հայտարարություն է ունդունել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության մասին։ «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է հայտարարության ոչ պաշտոնական թարգմանությունը։
«Սան Սեբաստիանի քաղաքապետարանը 2014թ.-ին ընդունել է հայտարարություն՝ աջակցելով Ստեփանակերտում (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ) մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը և համակեցությանը՝ ի նշան մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում երկու քաղաքների ունեցած հանձնառության:
Դժբախտաբար, վերջին օրերին խախտվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հրադադարը՝ վերջինիս հարձակման արդյունքում, և լայնամաշտաբ պատերազմի սկսման վտանգն ակնհայտն է:
Հետևապես, EH Bildu քաղաքային խումբը Սան Սեբաստիանի քաղաքապետարանի ժողովի քվեարկությանն է հանձնում հետևյալը.
ԻՆՍՏԻՏՈՒՑԻՈՆԱԼ ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ
Սան Սեբաստիանի քաղաքապետարանը՝
1.- Այս ծանր պահին Ստեփանակերտին փոխանցում է իր զորակցությունը՝ վերահաստատելով վերջինիս բնակչության խաղաղ և բնականոն կերպով ապրելու իրավունքը:
2.- Կոչ է անում բոլոր կողմերին, որպեսզի վերադառնան այն վիճակին, որը տիրում էր նախքան հրադադարի խախտումը, և որ չխոչընդոտվի այնպիսի մեխանիզմի ստեղծումը, որը թույլ կտա մոնիտորինգի ենթարկել հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանումը:
3.- Կոչ է անում բոլոր կողմերին, որպեսզի լուծեն իրենց միջև տարաձայությունները Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում, երկխոսության և բանակցության միջոցով՝ մշտապես հարգելով ժողովրդի կամքը:
4.- Այս առումով հայցում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ Մինսկի խմբի իրականացրած բանակցություններում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն ունենա իր սեփական ձայնը»:
Եվ, հաստատելով վերոնշյալը, որպեսզի այն ունենա անհրաժեշտ իրավական հետևանքներ, ստորագրում եմ և կնքում այս փաստաթուղթը, որը հաստատված է քաղաքապետարանի կողմից 2016թ.-ի մայիսի 5-ին»:
