ՋՏՊԿ-ն աշխատանքային, տնտեսական ու ֆինանսական ռեսուրսների գնահատում է անցկացրել

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2016թ. ոռոգման շրջանի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների շրջանակներում ոռոգման ջրի և ջրամատակարարման համակարգի առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործման նպատակով անց է կացվել աշխատանքային, տնտեսական, ֆինանսական և այլ ռեսուրսների գնահատում: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից:
ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության աշխատակազմի ֆինանսաբյուջետային վերահսկողության տեսչության կողմից ուսումնասիրություններ են իրականացվել ոռոգման ջրի առավել մեծ ջրապահանջ ունեցող հողատարածքները սպասարկող ջրօգտագործողների ընկերություններում, մասնավորապես «Արտաշատ», «Արարատ» և «Խոյ» ՋՕԸ-երում:
Ներկա դրությամբ «Արարատ» ՋՕԸ-ի վարչական խորհրդի որոշմամբ ընտրվել է նոր տնօրեն, իսկ «Խոյ» և «Արտաշատ» ՋՕԸ-ի վարչական խորհուրդներում ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքները քննարկման փուլում են:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ ոռոգման ջրապահանջի և առկա ոռոգման ջրի ծավալների համադրությունը, բարենպաստ եղանակային պայմանների դեպքում թույլ են տալիս եզրակացնելու, որ 2016թ. ոռոգման գործընթացը հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքի հողօգտագործողների համար լինելու է բարենպաստ:
