Ինչպես ճիշտ խնամել մաշկը
Ինչպես ցույց են տվել հետազոտությունները, 10 կանանցից 4-ը քնում են առանց երեսը կոսմետիկ միջոցներից մաքրելու:
Այսպիսով երեսի և պարանոցի մաշկը պետք է մաքրել օրական երկու անգամ՝ առավոտյան և երեկոյան: Մաքրող կոսմետիկ միջոցը պետք է ընտրել մաշկի տեսակին համապատասխան:
Մաքրելուց հետո թողեք մաքրող միջոցը երեսին 20 վայրկյանով, այնուհետև լվացեք:
Մաշկի թարմեցում
Մաշկը մաքրելուց հետո օգտագործեք տոնիկներ: Ընտրեք տոնիկ, որում պարունակվում է վիտամին C, այն ոչ միայն մաշկին թարմություն կհաղորդի, այլ նաև կպաշտպանի այն:
Աչքերի շուրջ մաշկի խնամք
Ինչպես հայտնի է սովորական կրեմները խորհուրդ չի տրվում օգտագործել աչքերի շուրջ, քանի որ մաշկը այդտեղ շատ նուրբ է և զգայուն:
Այս հատվածում խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել հատուկ նախատեսված կրեմներ, որոնք պետք է քսել փափուկ մերսող շարժումներով:
Խոնավեցում և սնուցում
Որակյալ կրեմը կարող է մաշկը ավելի խնամված և գեղեցիկ դարձնել:
Ուշադրություն դարձրեք կրեմի պարունակությանը՝ հակատարիքային կրեմները պետք է պարունակեն նիացինամիդ, ռետիոն, գիլաուրոնային թթու, հանգստացնող յուղեր:
