Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի խմբագրականից մի հատված.
«Դու գիտե՞ս, ես ինչ փողեր եմ ծախսել։ Դե, կոմունիստներն էլ էին գողանում, բայց մեզ էլ էին թողնում, որ գողնանք: Իսկ սրանք... սրանք անկուշտ են»: Այսինքն՝ խնդիրն այն է, որ բոլորը կարողանան իրենց չափով գողանալ: Առաջ, երբ սեփականությունը «համաժողովրդական» էր, բանվորը գողանում էր, պայմանականորեն ասած, երշիկի մի փայտիկ, իսկ տնօրենը՝ 10-ը՝ երշիկը շատ էր. անթիվ-անհամար, ոչ ոք չէր հաշվում: Այդ 11 երշիկը վաճառվամ էր «ձախ» ճանապարհով, և բոլորը գոհ էին մնում: Հիմա, երբ հարաբերությունները իբր շուկայական են, սեփականատերը ոչ մեկին թույլ չի տալիս գողանալ: Գողանում է միայն սեփականատերը՝ հարկեր և մաքսատուրքեր չմուծելով, բյուջեի, այդ եկամուտներով ապրող մարդկանց հացը կտրելով և մեծուփոքր չինովնիկներին տարբեր տեսքի կաշառքներ մուծելով:
Ճիշտ է՝ հիմա էլ Հայաստանում կան «դասական խորհրդային» հիմնարկներ, որտեղ գոհ են բոլորը, որովհետև բոլորը գողանալու հնարավորություն ունեն: Դրանք «լույսի» և «գազի» մարդկանց հիմնարկներն են: Ամբողջ անձնակազմը՝ վերևներից սկսած մինչև տեսուչ, ներգրավված են գողության մեջ: Նրանք, ինչպես ասում են, «հանցավոր համաձայնության» են գալիս մեծ քանակությամբ, ասենք, էլեկտրաէներգիա սպառողների հետ և «գրում են» փոքր քանակություն՝ համապատասխան «փոխհատուցման» դիմաց: Չնայած ասեմ, որ խիստ իրազեկ մարդկանց տեղեկություններով՝ դա գողության 10 տոկոսն է:
Գլխավոր խնդիրն այն է, որ մեր հասարակության մտահոգությունը ոչ թե գողությունը վերացնելն է, այլ «արդարաբար» գողանալը՝ այնպես, որ դրա հնարավորությունը բոլորին տրվի: Խնդիրը ոչ միայն «մեթոդոլոգիական» սխալի մեջ է, այլև զուտ «տեխնիկական»՝ մեր երկրում քիչ գողանալու բան կա, 25 տարում դա էլ գրեթե սպառվել է: Պետք է մտածել նոր հարստություն ստեղծելու մասին»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
