Կրակն անջատեք և թողեք խառնուրդը թրմվի:

Օրվա ընթացքում կում-կում խմեք այն: Անհրաժեշտ է, որ խառնուրդը գոլ լինի:

Գլխին սրբիչ գցեք և գլուխը մոտեցրեք խառնուրդով լի տարային:

Պրոցեդուրան կրկնեք օրը 2 անգամ և կնկատեք փոփոխությունը:

Գազարով և մեղրով հյութ
