««Ժողովուրդ»-ը երեկ գրել էր, որ ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գուրգեն Արսենյանին պատկանող «Արսօյլ» ընկերությունը այս տարվա սկզբից չի գործում։ Երեկ թերթին հաջողվել է այս խնդրի հետ կապված մի քանի հարցեր ուղղել պատգամավորին:

 Պարոն Արսենյան, Ձեզ պատկանող «Արսօյլ» ընկերությունը ի՞նչ խնդիրների առաջ է կանգնել, ինչո՞ւ եք այն «փակել», գուցե ընկերությունը Ձեր «ձեռքից» խլե՞լ են:

 –Մի՛ անհանգստացեք, ամեն ինչ նորմալ է, ուղղակի դրա տեղը ուրիշ ընկերություն է աշխատում: Այդ հեքիաթային պատկերացումները Ձեզ որտեղից, թե կարող են ինձանից ինչ-որ բան վերցնել, խլել, ինչպես Դուք եք ասում: Մի ընկերության տեղ շարունակում է աշխատել մեկ այլ ընկերություն, հիմա սա չկա, բայց դրա փոխարեն կա ուրիշը: Եթե խոշոր հարկատուների ցուցակն էլ նայեք, ապա կտեսնեք, թե «Արսօյլ»–ի տեղը որ ընկերությունն է զբաղեցնում: Հիմա «Արսօյլ»-ը չի վճարում այդ հարկը, այս մյուս ընկերությունն է վճարում, ես չեմ հասկանում՝ դրանում ի՞նչ տարբերություն եք տեսնում:

Ներկրմամբ չեմ զբաղվում, այսուհետ լինելու է պահեստից սպառող աշխատանքը, բիզնեսի կոնֆիգուրացիան է փոխվել:

 Մենք որոշել ենք քչացնել մեր ռիսկերը: Դա նշանակում է, որ ես այլեւս չեմ պատրաստվում հայկական արտարժութային տատանումների հետեւանքով վնասներ կրել, երբ որ, օրինակ, քո պահեստում կա, ասենք, մեկ միլիարդի ապրանք, ու ամսվա ընթացքում քո ազգային արժույքը 14 դրամ արժեզրկվում է, եւ դու 140 միլիոն դրամ կորցնում ես: Ընդ որում, տեսնում ես, որ դրանում հիմնավորում չկա, բայց այդ արժեզրկումը եղել է, ինչի համար դու ահռելի վնասներ ես կրում: Դրա համար պետք էր քչացնել ռիսկերը, ինչի մասին ես արդեն նշեցի»,–գրում է թերթը։
