ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը ողջունել է Վիեննայում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումները:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից, ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի գրասենյակը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում Շտայնմայերը նշել է, որ շփման գծում իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ լարված:

«Ես խորապես ցավում եմ զոհերի կապակցությամբ և կոչ եմ անում կողմերին հարգել հրադադարի ռեժիմն ամբողջ ծավալով:

Այս համատեքստում, ողջունում եմ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների` Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի իմ գործընկերների` մայիսի 16-ին Վիեննայում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հետ հանդիպելու նախաձեռնությունը:

Ինձ ուրախացնում է երկու նախագահների ստանձնած հանձնառությունը` հրադադարի պահպանման և հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև հունիսին բանակցությունների նոր փուլ ունենալու իրենց պատրաստակամությունը:

Գերմանիան` որպես ԵԱՀԿ նախագահող երկիր, լի է վճռականությամբ օժանդակելու համանախագահների աշխատանքին: Մենք ակտիվորեն կաջակցենք հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ներդրման ջանքերին: Մենք նաև կաշխատենք իմ անձնական ներկայացուցչի, դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպշիկի թիմի ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ:

Ապրիլյան էսկալացիան բոլորիս հիշեցում էր, որ ներկա դրությամբ անհրաժեշտ է մշտական ջանքեր` փակուղուց դուրս գալու համար: Հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդումը հանդիսանում է առաջանահերթ հարց, ոչ պակաս կաևորություն ունի նաև համապարփակ կարգավորման բանակցությունների համար բարենպաստ պայմանների ստեղծումը»,- ասված է Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի հայտարարության մեջ:
