Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկը հրապարակել է երկրում տնտեսության ոլորտում տիրող իրական վիճակն արտացոլող ցուցանիշները, որոնք միանգամայն հակասում են օրերս Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի կողմից հնչեցրած «Մենք ճգնաժամից պատվով դուրս եկանք» արտահայտությանը, ինչով պարզվում է, որ այդ երկրի վիճակը պաշտոնապես ներկայացվածից շատ ավելի վատ է:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, azadliq.info-ն այդ առնչությամբ գրում է, որ ըստ Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ի հրապարակած զեկույցի` այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության մեջ ներդրումների ծավալը, անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, 34,2 տոկոսով նվազել է: 2016 թվականի առաջին երեք ամիսների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի նավթային հատվածում ընդամենը 2,3 մլրդ մանաթ ներդրում է կատարվել, իսկ ոչ նավթային հատվածում` 600 մլն մանաթ:

Վերջին մեկ տարում կապիտալ ներդրումներում պետական հատվածի բաժինը 30 տոկոսից նվազել է 15,1 տոկոսի, մոտ 15 տոկոսով ավելացել է մասնավոր հատվածում կապիտալ ներդրումների ծավալը: Ներդրումների 31,3 տոկոսը կատարվել է ներքին, իսկ 68,9 տոկոսը` արտասահմանյան աղբյուրների հաշվին:

Ներդրումների ծավալը գյուղանտեսության բնագավառում նվազել է 74,1 տոկոսով, արդյունաբերության մեջ` 12,8 տոկոսով, տեղեկատվության եւ կապի հատվածում` 87,6 տոկոսով, շինարարության մեջ` 48,3 տոկոսով, տրանսպորտի եւ պահեստների տնտեսության մեջ` 46,2 տոկոսով, անշարժ գույքի հետ գործողությունների գծով` 29,2 տոկոսով, զբոսաշրջրիկների տեղավորման եւ հասարակական սպասարկման հատվածում` 83,3 տոկոսով, առեւտրում` 89,5 տոկոսով: Բյուջետային ներդրումների ծավալը կրճատվել է մոտ 5 անգամ, իսկ արտաբյուջետային ներդրումնների ծավալը` մոտ 45 անգամ:

Սակայն, մի քանի օր առաջ Ֆրանսիայի ձեռնարկատերերի կազմակերպության ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակության հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Ալիեւը հայտարարել էր. «Չնայած նավթը  3-4 անգամ էժանացել է, բայց մենք այդ խնդրից պատվով դուրս եկանք: Վստահ եմ, որ 2016 թվականն էլ ենք հաջողությամբ ավարտելու, քանի որ Ադրբեջանում հաջողությամբ իրագործվել է Հեյդար Ալիեւի նավթային ռազմավարությունը»:

«Ինչպես երեւում է` ԿԲ-ի հրապարակած թվերը միանգամայն հակասում են Իլհամ Ալիեւի լավատեսական մտքերին: Իլհամ Ալիեւը խոսում է գյուղատնտեսության զարգացումից, ԿԲ-ն` այդ բնագավառում ներդրումների 74 տոկոսով նվազելու մասին: Իլհամ Ալիեւը խոսում է տնտեսության մեջ ներդրումների ծավալի աճից, ԿԲ-ն` 34 տոկոսով նվազելուց: Իլհամ Ալիեւն ասում է առեւտրի բնագավառում հաջողություններ լինելու, ԿԲ-ն` այդ բնագավառում ներդրումների 89,6 տոկոսով նվազելու մասին», -գրում է թերթը եւ հարցնում. «Տեսնես` Իլհամ Ալիեւն ինչպես՞ պետք է արձագանքի ԿԲ-ի հրապարակած թվերին:
