Եվրոպան միգրանտներ ընդունելիս պետք Է խորհրդածի միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի առաջացման պատճառների շուրջը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս կարծիքը հայտնել Է Հռոմի Ֆրանցիսկոս պապը ֆրանսիական «Կրուա» կաթոլիկական թերթում հրապարակված հարցազրույցում:
Այն հարցին, թե Եվրոպան պետք Է ընդունի արդյոք միգրանտներին, Հռոմի պապը պատասխանել Է. «Դա արդարացի հարց Է, քանի որ չի կարելի անխոհեմաբար կրնկի վրա բաց անել դռները»: Ֆրանցիսկոսը հորդորել Է հիմնախնդրի շուրջը խորհրդածել ավելի համապարփակ, մտածել միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի առաջացման պատճառների մասին:
«Մարդկանց գաղթելու են հարկադրում պատերազմը Մերձավոր Արեւելքում եւ տնտեսական անկայունությունն Աֆրիկայում,- նշել Է Ֆրանցիսկոսը:- Բայց նաեւ հարկ Է խորհրդածել այն բանի շուրջը, թե ինչպես Է ժողովրդավարության արեւմտյան մոդելն արտահանվել այնպիսի երկրներ, որտեղ արդեն կար ուժեղ իշխանություն, օրինակ՝ Իրաք: Կամ Էլ Լիբիա՝ ցեղային կառուցվածքի պայմաններում: Անկարելի Է արաջընթացի հասնել՝ հաշվի չառնելով տեղական մշակութային առանձնահատկությունները»:
Հռոմի պապը համոզված Է, որ միգրանտների ընդունումը պետք Է ուղեկցվի նրանց ինտեգրացմամբ,: «Ամենից վատը կլինի, եթե նրանք բնակեցվեն գետտոներում,- կարծում Է կաթոլիկ եկեղեցու քահանայապետը:- Բրյուսելցի ահաբեկիչները բելգիացիներ Էին՝ գետոյի միգրանտների երեխաներ», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
