«ՄԻՊ գրասենյակում կադրային ինտենսիվ փոփոխությունները շարունակվում Են։ Օմբուդսմեն, բայց հոգով ու սրտով չինովնիկ Արման Թաթոյանը պաշտոնավարման երեք ամսում, մեր հաշվարկով, մոտ 10 աշխատակցի Է հրաժեշտ տվել, այսինքն՝ իր աշ– խատակազմի 20 տոկոսին։ Ծվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ Թաթոյանը դեռ չի հասցրել ոչ թե 10, այլ գոնե մեկ մարդու մատից փուշ հանել կամ միջամտել որեւէ աղմկոտ միջադեպի՝ մարդկանց աջակցելու նպատակով։ Հեռացածներից միայն մեկն է մինչեւ Թաթոյանի նշանակվելը դիմում գրել՝ մամուլի խոսնակ Շուշան Դանիելյա– նը։ Մյուսները Թաթոյանի գալուց հետո են ազատվել, ինչը նշանակում է, որ սպասել են՝ տեսնեն, թե արդյոք նոր պաշտպանը կցանկանա իրենց հետ աշխատել, բայց համոզվել են, որ ճիշտը գնալն է։ Նրանց համար նոր գործ գտնելը բարդ է լինելու, նկատի ունենալով ապարատի գալիք կրճատումները։
Ի դեպ, Արման Թաթոյանը կադրերից ազատվելու կոպիտ ձեւ է ընտրել։ Նա սկզբում ազատվում Է ղեկավար անձնակազմից, հետո մյուսներին Է «մաքրում»։ ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի ղեկավար անձնակազմը 5 հոգի Էր՝ օմբուդսմենի 4 տեղակալներն ու աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը։ Տեղակալներից երկուսն են մսացել՝ Տաթեւիկ Խաչատրյանն ու Մանուշ Միրզոյանը։ Մյուսներից և աշխատակազմի ղեկավարից Արման Թաթոյանն արդեն ազատվել Է։ ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնում են, որ աշխատանքից ազատվել Է աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Տիգրան Արեյանը։ Աշխատակազմի նոր ղեկավար Է նշանակվել Տիգրան Մարտիրոսյանը»,–գրում է թերթը։
