Ադրբեջանում վախեցել են հայկական կողմից ասիմետրիկ հարվածներ ստանալու հեռանկարից.«Ժողովուրդ»

«Հատկապես ապրիլյան սրացումներից հետո, երբ հայկական կողմից ասիմետրիկ հարվածներ հասցնելու, այդ թվում՝ Մինգեչաուրի ջրամբարը կամ Բաքու-Ջեյհան նավթատարը խոցելու հնարավորության մասին հայտարարություններ հնչեցին, Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը Ադրբեջանի տարածքից Վրաստանով և Թուրքիայով անցնող նավթագազային հաղորդակցուղիների անվտանգության հարցը դարձրեցին օրակարգային քննարկման առարկա։ Նախօրեին՝ Ադրբեջանի Գաբալա քաղաքում անցկացված չորրորդ գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում, Թուրքիայի, Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարները քննարկել են այդ խնդրի լուծման ուղղությամբ երեք երկրների ուժերի համատեղման հարցը։ Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Իսմեթ Յըլմազն այդ կապակցությամբ ասել է «Երեք Երկրների նախարարները քննարկել են նավթամուղերի անվտանգության ապահովման հարցը, և այդ հաշվով համաձայնության հասել»։

«Երեք երկրների նախարարները քննարկել են նավթամուղերի անվտանգության ապահովման հարցը, և այդ հաշվով համաձայնության հասել»։ Սա ուշագրավ հայտարարություն է այն առումով, որ առնվազն Բաքու-ՋԵյհան նավթատարի դեպքում նման համաձայնությունն արդեն իսկ առկա էր դեռևս 2003 թ-ից, երբ այդ երկրների հատուկ ծառայությունների միջև փոխգործակցության արձանագրություն ստորագրվեց։

Հետևաբար այն, որ այժմ Վրաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարները որոշել են թարմացնել այդ համաձայնությունը և վերստին հայտարարել, որ Ադրբեջանից Թուրքիա ձգվող նավթագազամուղները իրենց համատեղ ռազմական վերահսկողության տակ են, ցույց է տալիս, որ Բաքվում լրջորեն անհանգստացած են հայկական կողմի սպառնալիքներից՝ պատերազմի հնարավորության դեպքում այդ կարևորագույն օբյեկտները խոցելու շուրջ։

Սա, իհարկե, բարդացնելով նման հեռանկարի իրագործումն, այնուհանդերձ, որևէ կերպ չի բացառում այն։ Ուստի հայկական կողմից հենց այդ ուղղությամբ հայտարարությունները, կարծում ենք, ադրբեջանական նոր սադրանքների սանձազերծման դեպքում պետք է առավել կոշտ և վճռական բնույթ ստանան։ Այդ մասին պետք է հայտարարվի արդեն ոչ թե երկրի նախկին պաշտպանության նախարարի մակարդակով ինչը որ արվեց այս օրերին, այլև հենց ներկայիս՝ գործող ռազմական հրամանատարության կողմից։

Ի վերջո, ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո ադրբեջանական կողմի պահվածքը հերթական անգամ ցույց տվեց, որ այդ երկիրը, բացի ուժի լեզվից, որևէ այլ՝ դիվանագիտական կամ հումանիտար լեզու չի հասկանում»,–գրում է թերթը։
