 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ուսանողների և երիտասարդների օրվա կապակցությամբ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Սիրելի ուսանողներ և երիտասարդներ,

Ընդունեք իմ ջերմ շնորհավորանքներն ու բարեմաղթանքները՝ Ուսանողների և երիտասարդների օրվա կապակցությամբ:
Երևանի պետական համալսարանի՝ մայր բուհի ստեղծման օրը՝ 1919 թվականի մայիսի 16-ը, մեր ժողովրդի համար ունի պատմական նշանակություն և հիշարժան է բոլոր ժամանակների հայ ուսանողների համար: 

Այդ օրը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախարարների խորհուրդն ընդունեց Երևանում համալսարան հիմնելու վերաբերյալ պատմական որոշումը: Պատահական չէ, որ տասնամյակներ անց այս օրը՝ որպես Ուսանողների և երիտասարդների տոն, ստացավ օրենքի ուժ և պաշտոնապես մտավ տոնացույց:

Պետության հասարակական, քաղաքական կյանքում անչափ կարևորվում է ուսանողության դերը, քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր պետության մասնակցությունը համաշխարհային արագընթաց զարգացումներում պայմանավորված է գիտելիքներով հարուստ և բանիմաց երիտասարդներով: 

Մեր երիտասարդներն  ապրում են  մի ժամանակաշրջանում, երբ գիտելիքը նորովի է արժևորվում: Կրթության ոլորտում յուրաքանչյուր ուսանողից պահանջվում է լինել ակտիվ և ներգրավված կրթական բոլոր գործընթացներում: Ուսանողը պետք է ցուցաբերի քաղաքացիական բարձր գիտակցություն, սեփական անձի նկատմամբ լինի պահանջկոտ, արժևորի ստացած գիտելիքները: Մենք ապրում ենք մրցակցային գիտելիքների ժամանակաշրջանում և մեր ուսանողի խնդիրն է՝ համընթաց շարժվել այդ մարտահրավերներին:

Ուսանողների և երիտասարդների օրվա կապակցությամբ շնորհավորում եմ ՀՀ ուսումնական հաստատություններում սովորող բոլոր ուսանողներին, ցանկանում հաստատուն կամք, հաջողություններ ուսման մեջ և անձնական կյանքում»:
