«Հրազդան ցեմենտ»-ն ազատվեց հարկային պարտավորությունները չկատարելու տույժերից

Ազգային ժողովը երրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց «Հրազդան ցեմենտ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության հարկային և պարտադիր սոցիալական ապահովագրության վճարների գծով արտոնություններ տալու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, երրորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունելու համար նախագծին կողմ քվեարկեց 88, դեմ՝ 16, ձեռնպահ՝ 6 պատգամավոր:
«Հրազդան ցեմենտ» ՓԲԸ-ն, սկսած ճգնաժամային տարիներից, ինչ-որ տեղ նաև ոչ բավարար մենեջմենթի պատճառով, կուտակել է մեծածավալ հարկային պարտավորություններ, ինչը հանգեցրել է նրան, որ այս գործարանին տրված վարկային պարտավորությունների ապահովման միջոց հանդիսացող ձեռնարկության ամբողջ գույքը և նաև բաժնեմասերը, գրավադրվել են «ՎՏԲ Հայաստան» բանկում, ինչի հետևանքով գործարանը գնում էր սնանկացման և լուծարման:
Ելնելով երկրի տնտեսական ներուժի պահպանման տեսանկյունից ձեռնարկությանկարևորությունից և նրանից, որ ձեռնարկությունն ապահովում է 470 աշխատատեղ,ինչը Կոտայքի մարզում հսկայական սոցիալական խնդիրներ է լուծում, դեռևս մեկտարի առաջ վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ ստեղծվել էր աշխատանքային խումբ քննարկումներ կազմակերպելու համար, որում ներգրավվել են բոլոր շահագրգիռկողմերը: Արդյունքում ներկայացվում է նախագիծ, որպեսզի «Հրազդան ցեմենտ»ՓԲԸ-ի նկատմամբ հաշվարկված, բայց չվճարված պարտադիր սոցիալականապահովագրության գծով առաջացած տույժերը զիջվեն, ինչը հնարավորություն կտաշարունակել գործարանի բնականոն գործունեությունը: Նախագծով կառավարությունն առաջարկում էր զիջել գործարանի 510 միլիոն 125 հազար դրամի չափովտույժերը: Իսկ ընդհանուր պարտավորությութների ծավալը կազմում է 935 միլիոն դրամ:
