Հայ սամբիստները Եվրոպայի առաջնությունից վերադարձել են ութ մեդալով

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Կազան քաղաքում մայիսի 12-ից 16-ը տեղի ունեցավ Սամբոյի Եվրոպայի տղամարդկանց, կանանց և մարտական սամբոյի առաջնությունը, որին Հայաստանը ներկայացավ իր ուժեղագույն մարզիկներով:
Մրցումային առաջին իսկ օրը 52 կգ քաշային կարգում հանդես եկող Տիգրան Կիրակոսյանը (ք. Վանաձոր), գերազանց անցկացնելով բոլոր գոտեմարտերը,եզրափակիչ պայքարում պարտվեց Ռուսաստանը ներկայացնող Վալերի Սորոնկովին՝ արժանանալով արծաթե մեդալի: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի սամբոյի ֆեդերացիայից:
90 կգ քաշային կարգում հանդես եկող Էդիկ Պետրոսյանը (ք. Սպիտակ) նվաճեց բրոնզե, իսկ մարտական սամբոյի 57 կգ քաշային կարգում Մխիթար Մխիթարյանը (ք. Սպիտակ) 3-րդ տեղի համար պայքարում հաղթելով ուկրաինացի մարզիկ Բոգդան Բաբեբկոյին՝ նվաճեց բրոնզե մեդալ:
Մրցումային երկրորդ օրը մեր հավաքականի համար նույնպես հաջող օր էր: Մեր մարզիկներից 3-ին հաջողվեց նվաճել 3 բրոնզե մեդալներ՝ Մաքսիմ Մանուկյանը (57 կգ, ք. Գյումրի) և Արսեն Ղազարյանը (74 կգ, ք. Վանաձոր) լավ անցակացնելով գոտեմարտերը՝ 3-րդ տեղի համար պայքարում արժանացան բրոնզե պարգևների, իսկ մարտական սամբոյի 62 կգ քաշային կարգում հանդես եկով Վահան Նիկոլայանը (ք. Աբովյան) փայլուն հաղթանակ տանելով 3-րդ տեղի համար պայքարում՝ արժանացավ բրոնզե մեդալի:
Մրցումային վերջին օրը մեր մարզիկներից 2-ին կրկին անգամ հաջողվեց հաջողության հասնել և նվաճել ևս 2 մեդալ: Մարտական սամբոյում հանդես եկող Գրիգոր Մխիթարյանը (52 կգ, ք. Գյումրի) եզրափակիչ պայքարում պարտվեց հայազգի Ռուսասատանը ներկայացնող Արտուշ Արսյանին, իսկ 68 կգ քաշային կարգում Վաչիկ Վարդանյանը (ք. Եղվարդ)՝ եզրափակչում զիջելով ռուս մարզիկ Ռուսլան Հասանխանովին, արժանացան արծաթե պարգևների:
Այսպիսով՝ մեր հավաքականը հաղթանակած վերադառնում է հայրենիք՝ իր հետ բերելով 8 մեդալ, որից՝ 3 արծաթե, 5 բրոնզե:
