Դիմակներ՝ չոր և յուղոտ մաշկի համար

Չոր մաշկի համար առաջարկվում է հետևյալ դիմակը. երիցուկը, լորու ծաղիկը, վարդի թերթիկները, դաղձը մանրացնել և 2 ճաշի գդալ մանրացրած բույսերի վրա լցնել այնքան եռացրած ջուր, որ ստացվի շիլայանման զանգված, ավելացնել 1 թեյի գդալ ցանկացած բուսական յուղ, թողնել քիչ սառչի և քսել դեմքին։ Լվանալ տաք, հետո սառը ջրով։
Յուղոտ մաշկի համար առաջարկվում են հազարատերևուկով, վաղինակով, ձիաձետով, արևքուրիկով պատրաստած դիմակներ։ Այդ դիմակները պետք է պատրաստել նույն ձևով, ինչ չոր մաշկի համար, միայն առանց բուսական յուղի։ Քսել դեմքին, վրան ծածկել 2-3 տակ ծալած թանզիֆ, հետո լվանալ տաք ջրով։
Շատ օգտակար են դեղաբույսերի եփուկները։ Էմալապատ կաթսայի մեջ լցնել մանրացրած դեղաբույսերը, վրան լցնել սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի ջուր (2 ճաշի գդալին` 0,5լ), բերանը լավ փակել եւ 30 րոպե պահել գոլորշու վրա, հետո քամել եւ սառեցնել։ 2-3 տակ ծալած թանֆիզը թրջել եւ դնել դեմքին։
Չոր մաշկին խորհուրդ են տրվում նաև մրգերը, բանջարեղենը, պտուղները` ձվի սպիտակուցը։ Ձվի սպիտակուցը պետք է լավ հարել, ապա դրան կաթիլ-կաթիլ ավելացնել 1 թեյի գդալ ցանկացած տրորած միրգ կամ պտուղ։ Դեմքը տաք ջրով լվանալ։
Դեմքին հաճելի գույն են տալիս վարունգի, պոմիդորի, գազարի, սեւ եւ կարմիր հաղարջի, ելակի հյութից պատրաստված դիմակները։ Նորմալ մաշկի դեպքում կարելի է անել ցանկացած դիմակ։
Տարեց կանանց շատ օգտակար է դեմքի և պարանոցի մերսումը, որը կարգավորում է արյան շրջանառությունը, կանխում մաշկի ծերացումն ու կնճիռների առաջացումը։ Մերսման մեկ կուրսը կազմում է 15-20 պրոցեդուրա։ Նախընտրելի է մերսումը կատարել կոսմետիկական կաբինետներում` բժիշկ-կոսմետոլոգի օգնությամբ։ Զգուշացնում ենք, որ դեմքի մազակալման դեպքում մերսումը նույնպես վտանգավոր է։
Կնոջ տարիքը մատնում են ոչ միայն դեմքը և պարանոցը, այլև ձեռքերը։ Մի՛ մոռացեք այդ մասին։ Լվացքից առաջ ձեռքերին պետք է անպայման քսել «Սիլիկոնովի» քսուք, իսկ գործը վերջացնելուց հետո` որեւէ փափկացնող եւ սնուցող քսուք։
