Պաղպաղակը համարվում է ամենասիրված ու տարածված հաճույքներից մեկը: Նրա համը բոլորին մանկուց ի վեր ծանոթ է: Սակայն պարտադիր չէ պաղպաղակը գնել խանութից. այն հեշտությամբ կարելի է ինքնուրույն պատրաստել: Այսպիսով, ինչպես կարելի է տնային պայմաններում պաղպաղակ պատրաստել:
Անհրաժեշտ են չորս հարյուր գրամ կաթ, երկու թեյի գդալ կարտոֆիլի օսլա, մեկ թեյի գդալ կակաոյի փոշի (բայց սա պարտադիր բաղադրիչ չէ, քանի որ կարելի է պատրաստել պլոմբիր՝ սպիտակ պաղպաղակ), յոթանասուն գրամ շաքար:
Այսպիսով, պատրաստման եղանակը. օսլան խանում եք մի քիչ կաթով (մոտավորապես հիսուն գրամ), իսկ մնացած կաթը լցնում կաթսայի մեջ եւ ավելացնում շաքարը եւ կաթի մեջ լուծված օսլան: Կաթսան պետք է դնել կրակին եւ հասցնել եռման աստիճանի: Եռման ընթացքում կաթը պետք է խառնել:
Եթե Դուք վանիլային պաղպաղակ եք սիրում, ապա եռացող զանգվածին կարելի է մի քիչ վանիլ ավելացնել (շատ պետք չէ): Երբ զանգվածը կզովանա, սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում պաղպաղակը լցնում եք թափանցիկ տարաների մեջ եւ դնում սառնարանը: թողնում եք սառչի:
