ՓՄՁ-ներին վարկավորելու նպատակով DEG-ն Ամերիաբանկին տրամադրեց 20 միլիոն դոլարի վարկ

Հայաստանը դեռևս մնում է գրավիչ օտարերկրյա ներդրողների և գործընկերների համար`ի տարբերություն հարևան երկրների: Այս մասին մայիսի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Ամերիաբանկի գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ, ֆինանսական տնօրեն Գևորգ Թառումյանը: Նրա տեղեկացմամբ`«Ամերիաբանկ» ՓԲԸ և DEG-ը (Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH) մայիսի 12-ին Լոնդոնում ստորագրել են 20 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վարկային պայմանագիր` 6 տարի մարման ժամկետով: «Միջոցներն օգ տագործվելու են փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների վարկավորման ծրագրերի համար: Ինչպես մենք բազմիցս նշել ենք` փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունները մնում են մեզ համար կարևորագույն, մարտավարական ուղղություններից մեկը: Մենք ամեն տարի մեր վարկային պորտֆելում փորձում ենք այդ ներդրումների ծավալն ավելացնել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց Գևորգ Թառումյանը:
Պայմանագիրը ստորագրել են Ամերիաբանկի տնօրինության նախագահ, գլխավոր տնօրեն Արտակ Հանեսյանը, DEG Եվրոպայի և Ասիայի ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների գծով տնօրեն Ռենա Թերֆրակտը և Եվրոպայի և Ասիայի ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների գծով ավագ ներդրումային կառավարիչ Ջուլիան Լոքը: Գևորգ Թառումյանի տեղեկացմամբ`Ամերիաբանկ-DEG համագործակցությունն սկսվել է դեռևս 2009-ից, երբ այս կազմակերպության և Նիդերռլանդների զարգացման ֆինանսական ընկերության (FMO) հետ կնքվեց վարկային գծի պայմանագիր: Հետագայում համագործակցությունը վերածվել է ռազմավարական գործ ընկերության, երբ 2012 թ. նոյեմբերին ստորագրվեց 20 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վարկային պայմանագիր: Այս համագործակցությունը համահունչ է բանկի ռազմավարությանը, համաձայն որի փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորումը բանկի վարկային քաղաքականության առաջնային ուղղություններից մեկն է:
