ՀՀ օմբուդսմենը ԵԽ գլխավոր տնօրինությունների ղեկավարներին հորդորել է հստակ քայլեր ձեռնարկել ԼՂՀ օմբուդսմենի զեկույցի հիման

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը Ստրասբուրգում մայիսի 13-ին հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Մարդու իրավունքների և օրենքի գերակայության գլխավոր տնօրինության ղեկավար Ֆիլիպ Բուայայի, Ժողովրդավարության գլխավոր տնօրինության ղեկավար Սնեժանա Սամարջիչ-Մարկովիչի, ինչպես նաև մի շարք այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից:
Արման Թաթոյանն ընդգծել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իրավապաշտպան և ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների մասնակցության կարևորությունը միջազգային մակարդակի հանդիպումներին ու քննարկումներին՝ հաշվի առնելով ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի դաժանություններն ուղղված էին հենց ԼՂՀ խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ և պայմանավորված էին նրանց հանդեպ ունեցած խորը ատելության մղումով: Դա կարևոր է հատկապես բռնություն սերմանող ադրբեջանական ագրեսիվ քաղաքականության պայմաններում:
Պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը, Եվրոպայի խորհրդի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչներին փոխանցելով ԼՂՀ օմբուդսմենի զեկույցն ու վերլուծությունները, նրանց է ներկայացրել մանրամասն տվյալներ ս.թ. ապրիլին սկզբին Ադրբեջանի նախաձեռնած ռազմական ագրեսիայի ընթացքում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական բնակչության նկատմամբ կատարված մարդու իրավունքների հիմնարար խախտումները:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում արձանագրվել է, որ մարդու իրավունքների խախտումներն անթույլատրելի են ցանկացած պարագայում՝ անկախ սահմաններից կամ քաղաքականությունից:
Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել են մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եվրոպական չափանիշների ներդրման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, վերաբերում է վատ վերաբերմունքի կանխարգելմանը, երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, քաղաքացիական հասարակության հետ հարաբերություններին և այլն: Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ակտիվ համագործակցություն ծավալել այդ հարցերի լուծման ուղղությամբ:
