Աշխարհի և Եվրոպայի չեմպիոն Նազիկ Ավդալյանի մարզական և ընտանեկան կյանքի վառ ու գունավոր էջերն առավել մանրամասն կներկայացնեն նրա ընտանիքի անդամները, ուսուցիչները , մարզիչներն ու, իհարկե, մասնագետներն, ովքեր նրան կրկին վերադարձրեցին մեծ սպորտ:

Արմենիա ԹիՎի-ի «Վերնիսաժ» հաղորդման հերթական թողարկումը նվիրված է Նազիկ Ավդալյանին, ով կամքի մեծ ուժի, նպատակասլացության և գյումրեցուն բնորոշ վճռականության շնորհիվ կրկին կարողացավ արժանանալ ծանրամարտի Եվրոպայի չեմպիոնի տիտղոսին: Հայրենի քաղաքում նա իր առաջին մարզական քայլերը սկսել է ակրոբատիկայի դահլիճից, սակայն երկար տարիներ հետո կտրուկ որոշում է մոտենալ ծանրաձողին ու ցնցել ամբողջ աշխարհն ու միջազգային ասպարեզում  հնչեցնել  Հայաստանի օրհներգը:

Չնայած հիասթափություններին, Հայաստանի կանանց հավաքականի մարզիչ  Արտաշես Ներսիսյանի պայմանը ճակատագրական եղավ Նազիկի կյանքում: Սպորտային կյանքը կլանել էր Նազիկին, սակայն պարտադրված դադարն անխուսափելի էր. Ավտովթար և երկարատև բուժում, որից հետո բժիշկների շնորհիվ և, իհարկե, իր վճռականության արդյունքում Նազիկ Ավդալյանը կարողացավ հաղթահարել դժվարություններն ու նոր հաղթանակներ գրանցեց:

«Վերնիսաժ» հաղորդման տաղավարում նրա մտերիմներն են, բժիշկներն ու իր հաջողություններով միշտ հպարտացող մարզիչը, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության մարզական մեկնաբան Կարեն Գիլոյանն ու պարուսույց Սոֆի Դևոյանը, ինչպես նաև Նազիկ Ավդալյանին  հետաքրքիր անակնկալներ էր սպասվում. երկար տարիներ անց նա «Վերնիսաժ»-ի տաղավարում հանդիպեց իր մանկության ընկերուհուն, վերհիշեցին ակրոբատիկայի բարդ հնարքներն ու պատմեցին ամենահետաքրքիր ու անմոռանալի դրվագների մասին:
