Գյումրիում կշարունակվի Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով դատական նիստը

Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանը ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում մայիսի 13-ին կշարունակի Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով դատական նիստը:
Նախորդ՝ մայիսի 6-ին կայացած նիստի ընթացքում ներկայացվեցին փորձարարության արդյունքները: Ընթերցվեց փորձարարության արձանագրությունը, որում մանրամասն նկարագրվում են Ավետիսյանների տանը Պերմյակովի իրականացրած գործողությունները: Փորձարարության համար« որն իրականացրել է ռուսական կողմը, պատրաստվել է Ավետիսյանների տան նմանությամբ մակետ-տնակ, որտեղ Պերմյակովը նեկայացրել ու մեկնաբանել է ինքնաձիգի գործածության իր գործողությունների մանրամասները և Ավետիսյանների տան նկարագիրը: Դատարանում հրապարակվեցին նաև փորձարարության լուսանկսրները :
Դատական այդ նիստի ընթացքում դատարանը մերժեց Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը՝ գործով 2 նոր վկաներ ներգրավելու մասին: Խոսքը վերաբերում է Շիրակի մարզի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Վարդան Նադարյանին և Վալերի Պերմյակովի հորը՝ Պավել Պերմյակովին: Դատարանը այս երկուսին որպես վկաներ ներգրավելու միջնորդությունը մերժեց՝ բավարար հիմքեր չլինելու պատճառով:
Դատարանին ներկայացվեց ևս մեկ միջնորդություն այս անգամ Պերմյակովի անմիջական հրամանատար Անդրեյ Նիկիշինի վերաբերյալ: Այս միջնորդության մասով դատարանը որոշեց սպասել մինչև հաջորդ դատական նիստը՝ քանի որ նախորդ նիստերի ժամանակ ՇՄ առաջին ատյանի դատարանը դիմել էր ՌԴ վերջինիս գտնվելու վայրը պարզելու նպատակով: Նիկիշինի գտնվելու հասցեն ճշգրտելուց հետո նոր որոշում կկայացվի միջորդության վերաբերյալ:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան« ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում« նրանցմահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը« ով կտրող< /i>-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն« այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահներըհայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:
Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեիքննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել ՀՀ ՔՕ 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանությանհամար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:
Ռուսական կողմում հարուցված քրեական գործով Պերմյակովը դասալքության եւ զենքի ապօրինի կրման համար օգոստոսի 12-ին դատապարտվել է 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
