Նախագահն ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի մասով համազեկուցողներին

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մայիսի 12-ին ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի մասով համազեկուցողներ Ալան Միլին և Ջուզեպպե Գալատիին: Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են ԵԽ-ին անդամակցությամբ Հայաստանի ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման ընթացքին, մեր երկրում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին, ինչպես նաև առաջիկա ծրագրերին: Հանրապետության Նախագահը կարևորել է համազեկուցողների հետ պարբերական բնույթ ստացած երկուստեք օգտակար հանդիպումներն ու քննարկումները:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նշելով, որ այս տարի լրացավ Եվրոպայի խորհրդին Հայաստանի անդամակցության 15-ամյակը՝ Հանրապետության Նախագահը գոհունակությամբ է փաստել, որ ինչպես Հայաստանը, Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը նույնպես բարձր է գնահատում անցած տարիների ընթացքում մեր երկրում արձանագրված առաջընթացը մարդու իրավունքների, ժողովրդավարության, օրենքի գերակայության ոլորտներում: Արձանագրված ձեռքբերումներÕ ¨, որոնք արտացոլված են ԵԽ տարբեր ատյանների զեկույցներում, Նախագահի համոզմամբ, գործընկերների հետ, այդ թվում՝ ԵԽ-ի, համագործակցության արդյունք են:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ ս.թ. մայիսի 21-ին պաշտոնապես մեկնարկող՝ Եվրոպայի խորհուրդ-Հայաստան 2015-2018թթ. գործողությունների ծրագիրը Հայաստանը պատշաճ կիրականացնի: ՀՀ Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը վստահորեն շարունակելու է բարեփոխումները՝ այն համոզմունքով, որ հաջողության, առաջընթացի հասնելու այլ ճանապարհ գոյություն չունի:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ մեր երկիրը պատրաստ է ԵԽ-ի հետ ավելի սերտ համագործակցության վերոնշյալ նպատակներին հասնելու համար:
Համազեկուցողները բարձր են գնահատել բարեփոխումների արդյունքում Հայաստանում նկատելի առաջընթացը, երախտագիտություն հայտնել ՀՀ Նախագահին՝ ժողովրդավարական գործընթացները Հայաստանում առաջ մղելու նրա ջանքերի համար և վստահեցրել, որ ԵԽ-ն խրախուսում է իրականացվող աշխատանքը՝ այդ ճանապարհին շարունակական հաջողություններ տեսնելու ակնկալիքով:
Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել նաև ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում հրադադարի խախտման պատճառով վերջին շրջանում արձանագրված լարվածության աճին և խնդրի կարգավորմանն ուղղված բանակցային գործընթացի վերսկսման հնարավորություններին: Համազեկուցողների խնդրանքով Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանգամանորեն ներկայացրել է իրավիճակը և իր մոտեցումները բանակցությունների վերսկսման հեռանկարի վերաբերյալ:
