Անուշը ոչ միայն սեքսուալ ծառայություններ է մատուցել, այլեւ հափշտակել է հաճախորդների իրերը

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Ալեքսանդր Ազարյանի նախագահությամբ ընթանում է Անուշ Պ.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:
24-ամյա Անուշը Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում արդեն երկրորդ անգամն է դատվում:
Առաջին անգամ նրա նկատմամբ նույն դատարանում դատավճիռ է կայացվել 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին: Անուշը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Դատավճռում Անուշի կենսագրական տվյալների մեջ արձանագրված է, որ նա բարձրագույն կրթություն ունի, զբաղվում է մարմնավաճառությամբ, նրա խնամքի տակ մինչեւ տասնչորս տարեկան մեկ երեխա կա:
Անուշի գործը քննվել է արագացված ընթացակարգով, ու նա դատապարտվել է 350 հազար դրամ տուգանքի այն բան համար, որ սուտ հաղորդում է տվել ոստիկանությունում, իբր՝ 2014 թվականի հունվարի 8-ին, ժամը 23-ի սահմաններում ինքը երեք անծանոթ տղամարդկանց հետ եղել է Արշակունյաց պողոտայում գործող «Ոսկե գավաթ» հյուրանոցի համարներից մեկում, այդ տղամարդիկ իրեն փակել են սենյակում եւ չեն թողել այնտեղից դուրս գալ՝ իրեն զրկել են ազատությունից:
Տուգանքի դատապարտված Անուշը շարունակել է զբաղվել հնագույն մասնագիտությամբ:
Միաժամանակ, այս նոր քրեական գործով նրան առաջադրված մեղադրանքի համաձայն՝ նա իր հաճախորդ տղամարդկանցից կատարել է հափշտակություններ:
Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ին, ժամը 18-ն անց 45-ի սահմաններում՝ Նոր տարվա շեմին, Անուշ Պ.-ն իր վարած «Միցուբիշի Պաջեռո Իո» ավտոմեքենայով գտնվել է Բագրատունյաց պողոտայում՝ իր ծառայություններից օգտվող հաճախորդ տղամարդու հետ:
Հենց որ տղամարդը մեքենայից իջել է, Անուշն անմիջապես մեքենան քշել-հեռացել է՝ հափշտակելով հաճախորդին պատկանող զգալի չափերի՝ 3300 դրամ արժողության գնումների տոպրակը՝ 2 տուփ սուրճով, 2 շոկոլադե սալիկներով, 2 հատ 1 լիտր տարողությամբ տոմատի մածուկով, 1 հատ ածելիով:
Բացի այդ, 2015 թվականի հունվարի 9-ին, առավոտյան ժամը 5-ի սահմաններում սեռական հարաբերություններ ունենալու համար Անուշը մի տղամարդու հետ գնացել է Երեւանի Մանանդյան փողոցում գործող «Էս Վե» հյուրանոցային համալիր:
Տղամարդն իջել է Անուշի մեքենայից, որ հյուրանոցի սենյակ պատվիրի: Անուշն իր «ձեռագրի համաձայն»՝ անմիջապես մեքենան քշել-հեռացել է՝ հափշտակելով տղամարդու կողմից մեքենայում թողած իրերը՝ 315 հազար դրամ արժողության՝ մեկ բաճկոն, բջջային հեռախոսներ,15 հազար դրամ գումար»:
