Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի համազեկուցողներին

ՀՀ Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդունել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի հարցերով համազեկուցողներ Ալան Միլին և Ջուզեպպե Գալատիին:
Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվությ ան և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Վարչապետը ողջունել է համազեկուցողների այցը Հայաստան, կարևորել ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի հետ համագործակցությունը և շնորհակալություն հայտնել մինչ այժմ մեր երկրին ցուցաբերած տեխնիկական օժանդակության համար: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծի շուրջ քննարկումների և արդյունքների վերաբերյալ՝ նշելով, որ նախագծում ընդգրկվել են նաև ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի, քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացրած բազմաթիվ առաջարկություններ: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ ամեն ինչ արվում է Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ լայն կ ոնսոլիդացիա ապահովելու և մեկ ընդհանուր դիրքորոշում ունենալու համար:
Անդրադառնալով կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին՝ գործադիրի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ ստեղծվել է հակակոռուպցիոն խորհուրդ, հաստատվել է ռազմավարությունն ու գործողությունների ծրագիրը և ընդգծել, որ կա քաղաքական կամք՝ կոռուպցիայի դեմ կոնկրետ քայլերով պայքարելու համար:
Անդրադառնալով ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմին՝ վարչապետը նշել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի, խաղաղ բնակչության, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների և ծերերի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի իրականացրած լայնածավալ ագրեսիան, որն ուղեկցվել է միջազգային մարդասիրական և մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունների կոպտագույն խախտումներով, պետք է դառնա միջազգային հանրության քննարկման առարկա, դատապարտվի և ստանա արժանի գնահատական: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումը հստակ է. ԼՂ հակամարտությունը պետք է լուծվի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահն երի շրջանակում՝ բացառապես խաղաղ բանակցությունների արդյունքում:
Համազեկուցողները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել վարչապետին ընդունելության համար և իրենց աջակցությունն ու օժանդակությունը հայտնել հայ գործընկերներին Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության զարգացման գործընթացներում, կարևորել են Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ իրականացվող քայլերը: Ալան Միլը և Ջուզեպպե Գալատին ցավակցություն են հայտնել պատերազմի զոհերի կապակցությամբ և նշել, որ սատարում են ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ջանքերին: Համազեկուցողները շեշտել են, որ հայաստանյան քաղաքական ուժերի հետ հանդիպումներում ԼՂ հակամարտությ ան հարցում ընդգծված է եղել միասնականության ոգին և համախմբվածությունը: Նրանք շեշտել են, որ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ զինծառայողի սպանության, գլխատման և հրապարակման փաստը պատրաստվում են ներկայացնել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարին:
