Ալիեւի արձանը պղծած երիտասարդներն Ադրբեջանում մեղադրվել են թմրանյութեր պահելու համար

 Բաքվում Հեյդար Ալիեւի արձանը սկանդալային գրառումներով պղծած NIDA երիտասարդական շարժման ակտիվիստներ Բայրամ Մամեդովը եւ Գիյաս Իբրահիմովը Ադրբեջանում մեղադրվում են թմրանյութեր պահելու եւ դրանց ապօրինի առեւտրով զբաղվելու համար:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը` հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ-ի մամուլի ծառայության հաղորդագրությանը:

Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ-ը հայտնել է, որ Բայրամ Մամեդովից առգրավվել է մոտ 3 գ հերոին, իսկ նրա տանը` 1 կգ-ից ավելի հերոին: Գիյաս Իբրահիմովի մոտից առգրավվել է 2,6 գ հերոին, իսկ նրա բնակարանում` 1 կգ-ից ավելի:

Ձերբակալվածների փաստաբան Էլչին Սադըսովին թույլ չի տրվել հանդիպել երիտասարդներին, որոնք, ինչպես պարզել է գործակալությունը, պահվում են Բաքվի Նարմանովի շրջանի թիվ 12 ոստիկանական բաժանմունքում:

«Նրանց ստիպել են լվանալ ժամանակավոր պահման մեկուսարանի հատակը, նրանց խիստ վախեցրել են, երբ ես բողոքեցի դրա դեմ, այնտեղից ինձ վռնդեցին` թույլ չտալով խոսել ձերբակալվածների հետ», -»Թուրան»-ին ասել է փաստաբանը:

NIDA երիտասարդական շարժումն այդ առնչությամբ հայտարարել է, որ երիտասարդների ձերբակալության իրական պատճառն այն է, որ մայիսի 10-ի գիշերը` Հեյդար Ալիեւի ծննդյան օրը, նրանք նրա արձանի պատվանդանի կողերին ադրբեջաներենով եւ անգլերենով գրել են Qul Bayramınız MՖbarək (Շնորհավորում ենք ստրուկի օրվա առթիվ), իսկ առաջնակողմում` Fuck the system (Կորչի համակարգը):

Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի դիմացի այգում գտնվող Հեյդար Ալիեւի այդ գրություններով արձանի լուսանկարը հայտնվել էր Facebook սոցցանցում, ինչը մեծ արձագանք էր առաջացրել Ադրբեջանում:

Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ-ը երիտասարդներին թմրանյութերի հետ կապված մեղադրանք է ներկայացրել նրանց մոտ երեք օր ոստիկանական բաժանմունքում պահելուց հետո` մինչ այդ հրաժարվելով հայտնել նրանց ձերբակալության մասին:

Խոշոր չափերի թմրանյութեր պահելու մեղադրանքով երիտասարդներին 12 տարվա ազատազրկում է սպասվում:

Ադրբեջանում ավանդույթ է դարձել իշխանություններին, կառավարությանը քննադատաող ակտիվիստներին, ընդդիմադիրներին եւ քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչներին, անգամ կրոնականներին թմրանյութերի հետ կապված հոդվածներով մեղադրանքներ ներկայացնելն ու բանտեր նետելը:

Միջազգային եւ ադրբեջանական իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների տվյալներով` Ադրբեջանում ներկայում մոտ 100 քաղաքական բանտարկյալներ կան, որոնցից 28-ը ճանաչվել է խղճի բանտարկյալ:
