3 մլրդ՝ Արցախում նոր բնակավայր ստեղծելու համար.«Հրապարակ»

«Երեք տարի առաջ որոշեցին Արցախում, Ադրբեջանի հետ շփման գծին կպած նոր բնակավայր ստեղծել՝ զարգացած տնտեսությամբ և երջանիկ բնակիչներով, որոնք այնքան վստահ են վաղվա օրվան, որ պատրաստ են արմատներ գցել Հադրութի այս սահմանամերձ «դրախտում», ապրել ու բարգավաճել թուրքի և իրանցու քթի տակ, հարազատ կառավարության ուշադրության ներքո։ Ասում են՝ գաղափարը ԼՂՀ վարչապետ Արա Հարությունյանինն էր, բայց գործնականում առավել ակտիվ է իրացրել Հադրութի «ցելինան» փոխվարչապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը, որն այստեղ լոլիկի, սմբուկի, այլ մշակաբույսերի պլանտացիաներ է կառուցել, հողագործություն է զարգացրել։
Վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Արտակ Բեգլարյանն ասում է, որ ոչ միայն պետության հատկացված միջոցներ, այլև բարեգործական գումարներ են ծախսվել։ «Բնակելի հատվածի վրա ներդրումներ են արվել, դաշտերի յուրացման արտադրություն է ստեղծվել, բանջարբոստանային տնտեսություն»,– ասում է նա։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ընդհանուր առմամբ, մոտ 3 մլրդ. դրամի ծախս է կատարվել Արաքսավանում, որը, չգիտես ինչու, այստեղ այնքան էլ չի երևում։ Գումարի մի մասն էլ, ասում են, ցույց են տվել, որ ծախսվել է ականազերծման վրա։ Մինչդեռ 3 միլիարդը կարելի էր ծախսել, ասենք, մեր բլինդաժներն ամրացնելու համար։ Իրանի հետ սահմանին նոր քաղաք հիմնելու գաղափարը, ասում են, այնքան էլ դուր չի եկել ՀՀ նախագահին։ Եվ նա մի հանդիպման ժամանակ հիմնովին քննադատել է այս անհեռանկար գաղափարը, և այդ պահից սկսած՝ Արաքսավանի ծրագիրը ծածուկ սառեցվել է։
Այսօր այստեղ պատերազմական գործողություններ են, 10-30 ընտանիքները (տարբեր աղբյուրներ տարբեր թվեր են նշում) կամ տեղահանվել են, կամ էլ դիրքերում են։ Ըստ Արտակ Բեգլարյանի, Արաքսավանում 30 տուն կա։ Մի մասը Հադրութի և ԼՂՀ այլ շրջաններից են, մյուսները՝ Հայաստանից։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Արաքսավանում հիմա դրությունը լուրջ է։ Տղամարդիկ առաջնագծում են։ Այս մասին մեզ պատմեց վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Վալերի Գևորգյանը։ Նրա հետ շփվեցինք հեռախոսով։
