Ֆրանսիայում ամենօրյա աշխատանք է տարվում ադրբեջանական գործողությունների իրական պատկերը ներկայացնելու համար

Ֆրանսիայում ամենօրյա աշխատանք է տարվում ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի իրական պատկերը ներկայացնելու համար: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Ֆրանսիայում ԼՂՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Հովհաննես Գևորգյանը: Նրա խոսքով, աշխատանք է տարվում մի քանի ուղղությ ուններով` քաղաքական դաշտ և զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներ:
«Գիտեք, որ Ֆրանսիայում գործում է Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակը, որի հետ կապերը շատ ամուր են, գրեթե ամենօրյա շփումներ կան թե շրջանակի ղեկավարների, թե այլ ֆրանսիացի քաղաքական գործիչների հետ: Երկրորդ ուղղությունը զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներն են, որոնց միջոցով ղարաբաղյան թեմայի վերաբերյալ իրական տեղեկատվությունը հասցնում ենք Ֆրանսիայի հասարակությանը: Տեղեկատվությունը քաղաքականության, դիվանագիտության կարևոր մաս է կազմում, հետևաբար իրականությունը լայն շրջանակներին տեղ հասցնելու համար ամենօրյա աշխատանք ենք տանում», -ասաց Հովհաննես Գևորգյանը
Նա նկատեց, որ Ֆրանսիայում շատ ակտիվ աշխատում է ադրբեջանա-թուրքական լոբբին, սակայն Ֆրանսիան այն երկրներից է, որտեղ կա և' Հայաստանի դեսպանություն, և' Արցախի ներկայացուցչություն, և' ֆրանսահայերի մի հոծ բանակ: Հետևաբար համատեղ ջանքերով կարողանում են արդյունքների հասնել:
«Աշխատանքների ժամանակ շեշտը դրվում է հակամարտության իրական ակունքների, իրական պատմության, հակամարտության լուծման մեր դիրքորոշումների վրա, որը միշտ չէ, որ հայտնի է ֆրանսիական քաղաքական գործիչներին կամ հասարակության լայն շրջանակներին: Մանրամասն, ներկայացվում է այն, որ Արցախի ժողովուրդը 25 տարի շարունակ սպառնալիքի տակ է գտնվում ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից, և Ադրբեջանում, ընդհանուր առմամբ, հայերի նկատմամբ ատելությունը խորացվում է: Ակնհայտ է, որ անհնար է Արցախի նախկին կարգավիճակին վերադարձը»,-ասաց Ֆրանսիայում Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցիչը:
Դրանից բացի, տեղի հայկական համայնքը, հայկական կառույցները շեշտադրում են Ադրբեջանի հանցագործությունները, մասնավորապես, հայկական բանակի զինվորի գլխատումը, քաղաքացիական անձանց թիրախավորելը:
«Ադրբեջանը պատերազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ եղավ հանցագործությունների դերակատար` խախտելով միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերը: Անտեսելով նաև Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների` ուժի կիրառումից զերծ մնալու կոչերը, գնաց այդ ճանապարհով, ինչպես նախկինում, այսօր էլ շարունակում է խախտել հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Այս ամենը ակնհայտ է մեզ համար, բայց դա պետք է լայն տարածում գտնի` ֆրանսիայի հասարակությանը լսելի դառնալու համար»,-հավելեց Ֆրանսիայում Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցիչը:
