«Մոսկվայի դատարանի կողմից ապրիլի 14-ին 4 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված հայազգի խոշոր գործարար Լևոն Հայրապետյանի առողջական վիճակը օր օրի վատանում Է։
Երեկ մեր մի քանի հարցերին պատասխանեց «Ազատություն Լևոն Հայրապետյանին» ակցիայի նախաձեռնողներից Արմեն Մկրտչյանը։

- Արմեն, ի՞նչ տեղեկություններ ունեք Լևոն Հայրապետյանի առողջական վիճակի մասին։

- Վերջին տվյալներով, նրա առողջական վիճակը շարունակում Էր ծանր մնալ, որևէ դրական փոփոխություն չկա, բայց հիմա, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, որոշակի բուժօգնություն ստանում Է։ Նման առողջական վիճակով, սակայն, բանտային պայմաններում պահելն անհնար Է, իրեն կոնկրետ հիվանդանոցային պայմաններ են անհրաժեշտ ու ամենժամյա հսկողություն բժիշկների կողմից, ինչը բանտային պայմաններում անհնար Է։

-  Այնուամենայնիվ, խցում բժիշկների հսկողության ներքո՞ Է գտնվում։

- Վերջին տվյալներով, ինքը նախնական խցային պայմաններից ավելի դրական պայմաններում Է ու բժշկական որոշակի օգնություն ստանում Է, բայց դա բավարար չի, և այն մի շարք հիվանդությունները, որոնք առկա են իր մոտ, կոնկրետ հոսպիտալացում Է պահանջում ու կոնկրետ 24-ժամյա հսկողության անհրաժեշտ դեղամիջոցներով և բժշկական միջամտություններով։

- Իսկ տեղյա՞կ եք՝ Հայրապետյանի պաշտպանը դիմե՞լ Է ՌԴ պատկան մարմիններին, որ իր պաշտպանյալին հոսպիտալացնեն։

-   Բնականաբար, կալանավորման առաջին օրվանից փաստաբանները դիմել են համապատասխան ծառայություններին, ներկայացվել են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ բժշկական փաստաթղթերը, բայց այդ ամենը հաշվի չի առնվել, այս ընթացքում Լևոն Հայրապետյանի առողջական վիճակը մի պահ կտրուկ վատացավ, դա ևս այն ժամանակ այդքան Էլ հաշվի չառնվեց։

- Քրեական գործի հետ կապված ի՞նչ նորություններ կան, նրա պաշտպանը բողոքարկե՞լ Է դատարանի վճիռը։

- Ճիշտն ասած, իրավական մասերին ծանոթ չեմ, բայց գործին որքանով ծանոթացել ենք, ակնհայտ շինծու քրեական գործ Է ու կարծում եմ շատ շատով Աստծո կամոք Լևոն Հայրապետյանը ազատության մեջ կլինի, որովհետև այդ աստիճանի առանց փաստերի գործը չեմ կարծում, որ երկար շարունակվի»,–գրում է թերթը։
