 Երևանի ավագանու 2009 թվականի համապատասխան որոշմամբ հաստատվել է Երևան քաղաքի վարչական տարածքում տնտեսվարողների կողմից անշարժ գույքի և հարակից տարածքների պարտադիր բարեկարգումը սահմանելու կարգը: Գործող կարգի մասին տնտեսվարողները, նաև պետական ու հասարակական կառույցները ծանուցվում են ըստ տվյալ օբյեկտի առանձնահատկության։ Բարեկարգման և կանաչապատման աշխատանքների համար տրամադրվում են նաև նախագծեր։ 

 Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ ամենօրյա հսկողություն է իրականացվում տնտեսվարողների կողմից իրենց հարակից ընդհանուր օգտագործման տարածքների պարտադիր բարեկարգման պայմանագրային պարտավորությունների կատարման նկատմամբ: Ըստ այդմ, յուրաքանչյուր տնտեսվարող պետք է մշտապես բարեկարգ, կանաչապատ և խնամված պահի իր կողմից օգտագործվող շենք-շինության հարակից տարածքները: 

 Մայրաքաղաքում 2016թ. մայիսի տվյալներով հաշվառված է ընդհանուր օգտագործման տարածք ունեցող 14433 առևտրի և սպասարկման օբյեկտ, որից 14093-ն ունի բարեկարգված, իսկ 2351–ը՝ կանաչապատված ընդհանուր օգտագործման տարածք։ 
 Վարչական շրջանների պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարվել է աջակցել անշարժ գույքի սեփականատերերին` տարածքների արտաքին տեսքի բարեկարգման աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու համար փաստաթղթերի արագ ձևակերպման հարցում, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կանաչապատման աշխատանքների իրականացման համար տրամադրել ծառեր, թփեր և ծաղիկներ։ Տնտեսվարողներին տրամադրված ամբողջական տեղեկատվության, աջակցության և հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունքում նախորդ տարիների համեմատ զգալիորեն նվազել է պարտադիր նորմերի խախտումների վերաբերյալ կազմվող վարչական արձանագրությունների թիվը։ Մասնավորապես, եթե 2014 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակում պարտադիր բարեկարգման նորմերը չպահպանելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ կազմվել էր 901 արձանագրություն, ապա 2015թ. և 2016թ. մայիսին կազմվել է 378 արձանագրություն։
