Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ԱԺ աշխատանքներից իմ սպասումները կրկին արդարացան: Արտահերթ նիստը ոչնչով չտարբերվեց հերթականներից: Սովորականի նման՝ այս անգամ էլ հարցերի մի ողջ տրցակ քննարկվեց կայծակնային արագությամբ:

Հաշվի առնելով թե ինչպիսի «տորիչելյան դատարկություն» է սովորաբար տիրում պառլամենտում՝ այս իրավիճակն արդեն զարմանք չի հարուցում: Ցավով պետք է շեշտեմ, որ պառլամենտականներին քիչ է հետաքրքրում, թե ինչ բնույթի փաթեթներ ու հարցեր են քննարկվում նիստերի ընթացքում: Նիստը նախագահողները մեկը մյուսի հետևից քննարկման են դնում հարցերն ու օրակարգը համարում սպառված:

Այսօր քննարկվում էր ՀՀ կառավարության և Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության միջև 2016 թվականի հունվարի 26-ին ստորագրված վարկային համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին հարցը(Վեդու ջրամբարի կառուցման վարկային համաձայանգիր): Պետության համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող հարցն անցնում է գրեթե առանց խորհրդարանի ընդդիմադիր հատվածի հարցապնդումների: Այն դեպքում, երբ հարցը վերաբերվում է ջրային պաշարների հետագա օգտագործմանը:

Ընդդիմադիր սեկտորն այլ դեպքերում առիթը բաց չի թողնում քաղաքական բարձր ամբիոնից մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնելու, «ազգապահպան» պրոյեկտների մասին անհիմն տեղեկություններ հրապարակելու համար:
