Ադրբեջանում միլիոնավոր մարդիկ կաղքատանան

Երկրի տնտեսական դրությունը ոչ թե հայտարարություններով է պետք գնահատել, այլ տվյալ ժամանակաշրջանի համար վիճակագրական թվերով, որոնք ասում են այն մասին, որ առաջիկայում Ադրբեջանում միլիոնավոր մարդիկ կաղքատանան:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Ազադլըգ»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Նեմաթ Ալիեւը` նման կերպ գնահատելով տնտեսական ճգնաժամից «պատվով դուրս գալու մասին» Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդ Իլհամ Ալիեւի օրերս արած հայտարարությունը:
Նեմաթ Ալիեւը հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրային շրջանառության մեջ խիստ նվազում է տեղի ունեցել:
«Միայն մարտին 295 մլն դոլար բացասական հաշվեմնացորդ է առաջացել: Ադրբեջանի պարտքերի մարման հաշվեկշռում 4 միլիարդ պակասորդ կա: Երկրից արտահանումը 50 տոկոսով նվազել է, քանի որ տնտեսության 86 տոկոսը շարունակում են կազմել նավթն ու նավթամթերքները», -ասել է նա:
Փորձագետը հայտնել է, որ ոչ նավթային հատվածում եկամուտները նվազել են 38 տոկոսով, 2016 թվականի առաջին երեք ամիսների ընթացքում երկրի ՀՆԱ-ում 5 միլիարդ մանաթից ավելի նվազում է տեղի ունեցել:
Նրա խոսքով, Ադրբեջանում քաղաքացիների գնողունակությունն ընկել է, կապիտալ ներդրումները խիստ նվազել են, բանկերին չվստահող բնակչությունը հետ է վերցնում ավանդները:
Միջազգային վարկանիշային Moody`s գործակալությունը «Ռուսաստանում ճգնաժամը կվատացնի դրությունն Ադրբեջանում» մեկնաբանության մեջ նշել է, որ ՌԴ-ում բնակվող Ադրբեջանի 1,2 մլն քաղաքացիները տարեկան 2 մլն դոլար են ուղարկում Ադրբեջանում իրենց ընտանիքներին, սակայն, Ռուսաստանում շարունակվող տնտեսական եւ ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի պատճառով այդ թիվը խիստ նվազելու է:
«Պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ Ադրբեջանի բնակչության որոշակի մասը ապրում է Ռուսաստանից ուղարկված փողերի հաշվին: Այսինքն, Ադրբեջանում միլիոնավոր մարդկանց կենսամակարդակը խիստ կվատանա», -նշել է փորձագետը:
