Գազի գնի «special» հաշվարկ խոշոր սպառողների համար

Անի Սանոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն մայիսի 2-ին դիմել է Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողով` գազի սակագնի վերանայման հայտով: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ապրիլի 7-ին ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևի ՀՀ կատարած պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակներում գազի գնի իջեցման վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածություն էր ձեռք բերվել:
Հատկանշական է, որ համաձայն «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի հայտի՝ ամսական մինչև 10.000 խմ սպառողներին, այդ թվում՝ բնակչությանը,մատակարարվող 1 խմ բնական գազի սակագինը կլինի 146.7 դրամ՝ ներկայիս 156 դրամի փոխարեն: Այսինքն փաստացի գազի սակագինը կնվազի 9.3 դրամով, ինչը կազմում է գնի մոտ 6 տոկոսը:
Հարկ է նշել նաև, որ ամսական 10.000 խմ և ավելի սպառողներին մատակարարվող յուրաքանչյուր 1000 խմ բնական գազի ամսական սակագնի հաշվարկման համար ընկերությունն առաջարկում է փոխել հաշվարկման բանաձևը: Խոշոր սպառողների համար գազի սակագինը հաշվարկվում է ԱՄՆ դոլարի փոխարժեքի հիման վրա: Այս պահին 10.000 խմ և ավելի գազ սպառողների համար յուրաքանչյուր 1.000 խմ գազի գինը որոշվում է P=276.98*E բանաձևով, որտեղ E-ն նախորդ ամսվա 25-ին ՀՀ ԿԲ-ի սահմանած ԱՄՆ դոլարի միջին փոխարժեքն է։
Վերը նշվածը լուրջ խթան է մի շարք ապրանքների ինքնարժեքի իջեցման համ, որն էլ կբերի շուկայում ընդհանուր սահմանված արժեքի իջեցմանը:
