Հողը մարդով են պահուն, մարդուն՝ ազգային գաղափարով

Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մենք սովոր չենք երկարաժամկետ պլանավորում անելուն։ Մենք չենք էլ անում դա։ մենք պատրաստ ենք ու անում ենք իմպուլսիվ գործողություններ, որոնք դարակազմիկ հետևանքներ են ունենում, բայց ո՛չ պլանավորում ենք դրանք, ո՛չ էլ առավել ևս հետևում, որ գործողություններն ընթանան ըստ մշակված պլանի։
Տեսեք, հիմա ասում ենք չէ՞, Նախիջևանն ենք գրավելու, Բաքուն ենք գրավելու, Արևմտյան Հայաստանն ենք բերելու․․․ ու այս շղթան գնում ա ընդհուպ ծովից-ծով Հայաստանը վերականգնելու մասին խոսակցությունների։ Օքեյ, բերեք մի պահ հիպոթետիկ ենթադրենք, որ եթե ոչ ծովից-ծով Հայաստանը, ապա ասենք Նախիջևանը ազատագրել ենք՝ տանելով ռազմական լիակատար հաղթանակ այդ ճակատում։ Բա հետո՞։ Ասենք ինչ որ մեկը հաշվարկե՞լ է, թե նման սցենարով հայ-թուրքական սահմանի ավելացած երկարությունը ով է պահելու և ինչ ուժերով է պահելու։
Ներկայումս մենք արդեն ունենք խնդիր, երբ եղած սահմանները պահելու համար տարեկան առնվազն 30+ հազար նորակոչիկներ են պետք (եթե ծառայության տևողություն 2 տարի է մնում)։ Ընդ որում, արդեն քան տարի է, ինչ Հայաստանում տարեկան 20+ հազար տղա է ծնվում։ Հաշվի առեք, որ բոլոր ծնվածները չեն, որ ի վերջո գնալու են բանակ՝ օբյեկտիվ ու սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներով և կտեսնեք, որ մենք շատ լուրջ ռազմավարական-դեմոգրաֆիական խնդրի առջև ենք կանգնած, երբ պոտենցյալ զինվորների ռեալ քանակը շուրջ 2 անգամ քիչ է, քան անհրաժեշտ մինիմումը՝ առկա սահմաններում։
Ու հարցը միայն պպոտենցյալ զորակոչիկների թիվը չէ։ Հողը մարդով են պահում։ Այդ մարդին են, որ արմատներ են գցում, երեխաներ են ունենում, ապահովում են բնական աճ, կամ էլ գոնե չեն նպաստում բնակչության թվի անկմանը։ Բայց որպեսզի մարդը մնա ու արմատ գցի, մարդը պետք է ունենա հավատ ու լուսավոր ինչ որ տեսլական, հանուն որի նա պատրաստ է մնալ իր հայրենիքում ու դիմակայել փորձություններին, երեխաներ մեծացնել ու բանակ ճանապարհ գցել։ Ու այդ հավատն ու լուսավոր տեսլականը ոչ մի աղերս չունի նյութական կողմի հետ։
Մարդիկ ստամոքսի համար չեն լքում հայրենիքը, այլ որովհետև մեր մոտ առ այսօր չկա ազգային գաղափար ու ազգային գաղափարախոսություն ասվածը։ Ստամոքսի համար լքելողները կարող են շարունակել լքելը, որովհետև իրենցից ոչ մի օգուտ չկա․ ստամոքսի համար կարելի է ապրել, իսկ մահանալ՝ երբեք։ Կարևորը այն մարդիկ են, ովքեր ընկալում են ազգային գաղափար ասվածը, հասկանում են դրա կարևորությունը ու պատրաստ են հանուն դրա ոչ միայն պահանջել հայրենիքից, այլ տալ հայրենիքին։
Սակայն ազգային գաղափարն ու ազգային գաղափարախոսությունը ինքն իրեն չի ձևավորվում։ Այն հստակեցնում ու սահմանում է երկրի քաղաքական վերնախավը։ Արդյո՞ք մեր վերնախավը պատրաստ է դրան։ Չգիտեմ, բայց գիտեմ, որ առանց այդ գաղափարի մենք ոչ հող հետ բերող ենք, ոչ էլ հող պահող՝ երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում։
