Շուշանիկ Բախշյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել. ավարտվել է Մերի Մարգարյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է «Շենգավիթ բժշկական կենտրոն»-ում ծննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել բժշկական կենտրոնի 2 մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգի՝ մասնագիտական պարտականությունների կատարման նկատմամբ անփույթ և անբարեխիճ վերաբերմունք դրսևորելու համար, ինչն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է ծննդկանի մահը։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Մ. Մարգարյանը մահացել է կեսարյան հատումից հետո՝ «HELLP» սինդրոմ համախտանիշի թոքաբորբ ախտորոշմամբ, «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնում, 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ին, իսկ հաջորդ օրը մահացել է նաև վերջինիս նորածին դուստրը:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, և Երևանի քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ Մ.Մարգարյանի և նրա նորածին դստեր մահվան հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ծննդկանը «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնից, քննիչի որոշմամբ նշված կենտրոնից առգրավվել են Մերի Մարգարյանի տվյալներով լրացված հիվանդության պատմագիրը և հղիության քարտը, զննության են ենթարկվել «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնի ընդունարանի, գինեկոլոգիական հիվանդների, սոմատիկ հիվանդների և ընդունարանի մերժման մատյանները:
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզաբանելու նպատակով նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ, կատարվել մի շարք այլ քննչական գործողություններ։
Նախնական քննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ Մ.Մարգարյանի հղիությունը 2015 թվականի փետրվարի 11-ից հաշվառման է վերցրել և վարել մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Շ.Բախշյանը: Վերջինս 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ին հեռախոսակապի միջոցով տեղեկացել է, որ իր հսկողության տակ գտնվող հղի Մերի Մարգարյանն ունեցել է բարձր ջերմություն և վերջինիս խորհուրդ է տվել ընդունել «Պարացետամոլ» դեղահաբ։
2015 թվականի հուլիսի 24-ին հղի կնոջը հրավիրել է բժշկական կենտրոն՝ հերթական կոնսուլտացիայի համար և տեղյակ լինելով Մերի Մարգարյանի բարձր ջերմություն ունենալու մասին՝ չի հոսպիտալացրել նրան: 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 27-ին, երբ Մերի Մարգարյանը ստացիոնար բուժում է ստացել «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնում, առավոտյան ժամը 09.00-ից սկսած, արյան բիոքիմիական և մնացած հետազոտությունների արդյունքում արձանագրվել են արագ ընթացող և հղիության հետ կապված զարգացող փոփոխություններ, որի պայմաններում չի կատարել կյանքի ցուցումով անհապաղ ծննդալուծում, այդ թվում նաև՝ կեսարյան հատման միջոցով, ինչի հետևանքով առաջացած բազմաօրգանային անբավարարությունից 2015 թ. հուլիսի 29-ին Մերի Մարգարյանը մահացել է, իսկ հաջորդ օրը թոքերի և գլխուղեղի այտուցից մահացել է նաև նրա նորածին դուստրը:
Քննությամբ ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև նշված ԲԿ-ի՝ 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 25-ի հերթապահ մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Ա. Բաբելյանի կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունների կատարման նկատմամբ անփույթ և անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունք է դրսևորելու վերաբերյալ։
Ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգներ Շ. Բախշյանին և Ա. Բաբելյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգքրի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին։
