ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչը չարաշահել է լիազորությունները

Քաղաքացի Ժաննա Յ.-ն հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արտաշատի քննչական բաժնի քննիչը 2015 թվականի հունիսի 29-ին իր բնակարանում կատարած խուզարկության ժամանակ իրեն ամբողջությամբ չի ծանոթացրել դատարանի՝ բնակարանում խուզարկություն կատարելու որոշմանը: Դրանից հետո ուշ ժամի առանց ծանուցագրի իրեն տարել ոստիկանության բաժին, որտեղ քննիչին հայտնել է, որ չի տիրապետում հայերեն գրավոր լեզվին, սակայն վերջինս ցուցմունք է վերցրել իրենից: Հարցաքննության ընթացքում քննիչն իրեն առաջադրված հարցերի պատասխաններն արձանագրել է այլ կերպ, այնուհետև ինքը վերջինիս կողմից տրված քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվելու սպառնալիքների ազդեցության պատճառով ստորագրել է քննիչի կազմած արձանագրության տակ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արտաշատի քննչական բաժնի քննիչի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
