Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները երկրի ներսում շարունակում են արգելափակել զոհերի մասին բոլոր հնարավոր տեղեկությունները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց տեղեկատվական անվտանգության հարցերով փորձագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը: «Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները հասարակության շրջանում ապրի լի սկզբի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ տրամադրությունները դրական համատեքստում պահելու խնդիր ունեն: Տեսնում ենք, որ նրանք արգելափակում են բոլոր հնարավոր տեղեկությունները: Օրինակ, հայտարարվում է, որ զոհերի մասին տեղեկությունները գաղտնիք են: Փաստացի նման տեղեկություններ տարածելու վրա արգելք է դրված: Դրանից բացի, ուժեղ քարոզչություն է գնում հայերի դեմ` որպես ազգություն` փորձելով պահել ագրեսիվ ֆոնը»,-ասաց Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը:
Ադրբեջանական կողմի զոհերի մասին տվյալներ հրապարակում էր «Meydan TV»-ն, բայց Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը նկատեց, որ այդ տիպի խոսակցությունները, հրապարակումներն ընդունվում են որպես ազգի դավաճանություն, մարդիկ գերադեսում են չգրել այդ մասին: Հետևաբար զոհերի թվի մասին դաշտում մնացել է պետական տեսակետը, որը դեռ 30-ի շրջանակում է:
Անդրադառնալով մայիսի 9-ի հետ կապված տեղեկատվական դաշտում առկա զարգացումներին` Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ պասիվություն է նկատվում: Հիմնական շեշտադրումը եղել է տոնական օրերին ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու գաղափարի վրա:
«Մեզ մոտ շրջանառվեց այն միտքը, որ մայիսի 8-9-ին Ադրբեջանը կարող է նորից սկսել ռազմական գործողություններ: Նրանք դա որպես թիրախ էին ընտրել, և անընդհատ այդ միտքն էին շրջանառում: Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ի պոետիկ ոճով հայտարարությունից երևում էր մի բան` այնպես անեն, որ հայերը սպասեն պատերազմի, որովհետև մահվան սպասելիքը մահից դաժան է: Վերջին տասն օրվա քարոզչական հիմնական թեզը դա է եղել, դրա վրա են աշխատում»,-ավելացրեց Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը:
