Գնանկման ազդեցությունը ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա չնչին է.«Հայոց աշխարհ»

«Արդեն երրորդ ամիսն է, ինչ Հայաստանի սպառողական շուկայում պահպանվում է գնանկման միտումը: Փետրվարից սկսած յուրաքանչյուր ամիս համապատասխանաբար արձանագրվել է պարենային ապրանքների 3,2%, 0,5% և 0,3% գնանկում: Ընդ որում՝ 2016-ի ապրիլին նախորդ տարվա նույն ամսվա համեմատ պարենային և ոչ պարենային ապրանքները էժանացել են 1,9%-ով:
Խնդրի վերաբերյալ զրուցեցինք տնտեսագետ, ԵՊՀ ֆինանսահաշվային ամբիոնի վարիչ Հայկ Մնացականյանի հետ, որը կարծիք հայտնեց, թե Հայաստանի համար գնանկումը դեռևս չի դառնում չափազանց վտանգավոր, քանի որ արտահանման ծավալներն այստեղ զգալիորեն զիջում են ներմուծմանը:
«Գնանկումից սովորաբար տուժում են այն արտադրությունները, որոնք ուղղված են արտահանմանը, այսինքն՝ ապրանքի գինն ընկնում է, դրա հետևանքով նրանց շահույթները նվազում են: Այս պահին էական վտանգներ չկան, քանի դեռ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը չի դիտարկվում որպես արտահանմանը միտված»,- նշեց նա:
Իսկ ինչի հետևանք կարող է լինել շարունակական գնանկումը։
Ըստ Հայկ Մնացականյանի. «Սովորաբար տնտեսության մեջ գնանկման հիմնական պատճառները երկուսն են. նախ միջազգային շուկաներում պարենային և այլ տեսակի ապրանքների կրճատումն է՝ համաշխարհային ճգնաժամից ելնելով: Գները համաշխարհային շուկաներում տարբեր չափերով նվազել են, ինչի ազդեցությունն էլ նկատվում է նաև տեղական շուկայում:
Երկրորդ պատճառը սպառման ծավալների կամ պահանջարկի կրճատումն է Հայաստանի ներսում, որը ևս կարող է տարբեր գործընթացների հետևանք լինել: Հիշյալ գործոնները որոշակի մասնաբաժնով ազդում են գների վրա»:
Տնտեսագետը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանի պարագայում գնանկումից կշահեն այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր իրենց ամսական եկամուտների հիմնական մասը ծախսում են սպառման վրա: Իսկ Կենտրոնական բանկի միջամտության կարիք Հ.Մնացականյանը դեռ չի տեսնում. «Կենտրոնական բանկի խնդիրը առաջին հերթին գների կայունության ապահովումն է, այն ունի բազմաթիվ գործիքներ դրա համար: Առանձնակի գործիքներ կիրառել, գները բարձրացնելու նպատակով, կարծում եմ, նպատակահարմար չէ ներկա իրավիճակում, սակայն կայունության պահպանման համար կարող են տարբեր որոշ քայլեր ձեռնարկել»»,–գրում է թերթը։
