Ինչու՞ մայիսի 9-ը

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմն (1939 թ-ի սեպտեմբերի 1 – 1945 թ-ի սեպտեմբերի 2) իր չափերով ու պատճառած վնասներով աննախադեպ է մարդկության պատմության մեջ: Այն սանձազերծել էին 20-րդ դարի 30–40-ական թվականների առավել ագրեսիվ տերությունները (Գերմանիա, Իտալիա, Ճապոնիա):
1945 թ-ի ապրիլի 16-ին խորհրդային զորքերն սկսեցին Բեռլինի գրոհը: Ապրիլի 25-ին ամերիկյան և խորհրդային զորամիավորումները հանդիպեցին Էլբայի ափերին: Ապրիլի 30-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հիտլերն ինքնասպան է եղել: Երկու օր անց հանձնվեց Բեռլինը: 1945 թվականի մայիսի 7-ին (գիշերը` ժամը 2:41) Ֆրանսիայի Ռեյմս քաղաքի Դաշնակից էքսպեդիցիոն ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբում ստորագրվեց Գերմանիայի անվերապահ կապիտուլյացիայի մասին ակտը։
Ստալինի համար անընդունելի էր կապիտուլյացիայի ակտի ստորագրումը Ֆրանսիայի տարածքում: Ակտը պետք է ստորագրվեր Կարմիր բանակի կողմից գրավված Բեռլինում, իսկ գլխավոր մասնակիցը պետք է լիներ ԽՍՀՄ բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչը: Ֆաշիզմի դեմ հաղթանակը պետք է լիներ Խորհրդային Միության քաղաքականության կարևորագույն բաղկացուցիչը հետագա տարիների ընթացքում: Արդյունքում, մայիսի 7-ին ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը կոչվեց «Երրորդ Ռայխի կապիտուլյացիայի նախնական արձանագրություն», իսկ որպես պաշտոնապես գործող փաստաթուղթ համարվեց ավելի ուշ ստորագրվածը: 22:43-ի ստորագրած փաստաթուղոը գերմանացիների կողմից ստորագրեց Վիլհելմ Կեյտելը, Հանս-Գեորգ ֆոն Ֆրիդեբուրգը և Հանս Յուրգեն Շտումպֆը, դաշնակիցների անունից ստորագրեցին Գեորգի Ժուկովը (ԽՍՀՄ), Արթուր Թեդերը (Մեծ Բրիտանիա), և որպես վկաներ` Կարլ Անդրյու Շպացը (ԱՄՆ) և Ժան դե Լատրե դե Թասինին (Ֆրանսիա):
Ի լրումն դրա, ակտի ժամը 22:43-ին ստորագրումը հանգեցրեց նրան, որ Մոսկվայի ժամանակով փաստաթուղթը ստորագրվել է արդեն մայիսի 9-ին` 00:43-ին: Դրա հետևանքով ստեղծվեց մի արտասովոր իրավիճակ. արևմտյան պետությունները հաջորդ տարիների ընթացքում նշում էին պատերազմի ավարտը մայիսի 8-ին, իսկ ԽՍՀՄ-ն և նրանից կախված պետությունները ֆաշիզմի դեմ հաղթանակը տոնում էին մեկ օր անց:
Կապիտուլյացիայի ակտի ստորագրումը ռազմական գործողությունների անմիջական ավարտ չէր նշանակում: Եվրոպայում վերջին գերմանական միավորումները հանձնվեցին միայն մայիսի 15-ին (Հարավսլավիայում), իսկ 2-րդ համաշխարհային պատերազմը վերջնականապես ավարվեց 1945թ-ի սեպտեմբերի 2-ի Ճապոնիայի կապիտուլյացիայով:
Հ.գ. Պատերազմում ներգրավված էր 61 երկիր՝ 1,7 մլրդ բնակչությամբ. նրանց 110 մլն-ը ծառայում էր ռազմական ուժերում: Պատերազմական գործողությունները տեղի էին ունենում մոտ 22 միլիոն քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածքում: Շուրջ 6 տարի տևած պատերազմի ընթացքում զոհվել է ավելի քան 50 մլն, հաշմանդամ դարձել 95 մլն մարդ:
