Այսօր` մայիսի 7-ին, դաժան ու ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 13:00-ի սահմաններում Սուրբ Աստվածամայր բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մահացած տղա երեխա: Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է, որ երեխան հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Նորագավիթ 1-ին փողոցից` գնացքի գծերի մոտից, որտեղ վրաերթի է ենթարկվել:
Այս պահին դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ճանապարհային ոստիկանութան 1-ին սպայական գումարտակի ծառայողները` Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Հատկապես Կարևոր Գործերով ավագ քննիչ Դավիթ Մարտիրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Դեպքի վայրում ՃՈ աշխատակիցներն ու ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչը հայտնաբերել են վնասված Volkswagen մակնիշի 34 ՍF 813 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենա, իսկ Արարատի մարզի Մարմարաշեն գյուղում հայտնաբերել են ГАЗель մակնիշի 3010 Տ համարանիշի ավտոմեքենա:
2 ավտոմեքենաների վրա էլ կան վրաերթի հետքեր ու հիմա ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են, թե որ ավտոմեքենան է առաջինը հարվածել երեխային, ինչի պատճառով երեխան շպրտվել է հանդիպակաց գոտի, իսկ մյուս ավտոմեքենան կրկնակի վրաերթի է ենթարկել նրան: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզել են, որ մահացածը 7-ամյա Վլադիմիր Մարգարյանն էր:
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվում են Երևանի ՃՈ պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վարորդների ինքնությունը: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
