Իրականում Ադրբեջանն է ծանր վիճակի մեջ հայտնվել, ոչ թե Հայաստանը: Վստահ եմ, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում կպարզվի, թե ինչ ծուղակի մեջ են իրենք հայտնվել: Ծուղակը աշխարքաղաքական է և Ադրբեջանը լուծումներ չունի:
Սակայն այս կարճատև պատերազմը վեր հանեց մեր բոլոր թերությունները, որոնց մասին մենք ասում էին, ու անցնում մեր ամենօրյա հոգսերին, առանց լուծումներ որոնելու:
Մեր հիմնական խնդիրը մեր մեջ է և պետք չէ ուրիշներին մեղադրել և հիմնական խնդիրը մեր բարոյազուրկությունն է` խաբելը, սուտ խոսելը, կոռումպացված քաղաքական համակարգը (իշխող և ընդդիմադիր), անարդյունավետ պետական հաստատությունները, կաղապարվածությունը, ռացիոնալիզմի բացակայությունը: Կարելի է երկար թվարկելը: Ալիևին պետք է շնորհակալություն հայտնել այդ ամենը մեզ ցուցադրելու համար, ինչի համար մենք շատ թանկ գին ենք վճարել` մեր զինվորների կյանքերը:
Հանկարծ հույս չունենաք, որ այս ամենը կսթափեցնի կառուկպացված քաղաքական կառույցներին (իշխող և իրենց ընդդիմադիր հայտարարած): Ոչինչ էլ չի փոխվելու, մինչև մենք ինքներս չփոխենք: Մենք պետք է կազմակերպվենք և դնենք ճիշտ հարցադրումներ և մտածված կերպով հետամուտ լինենք դրանց կատարմանը: Ժամանակ չկա նույն կերպով շարունակելու համար: Ամեն ինչ սկսվում է ճիշտ հարցադրումներց և ինքնակազմակերպվածությունից: Մենք պետք է քննարկումների հարթակներ ստեղծենք և որոշ հարցերի շուրջ գանք համաձայնության: Մնացածը տեխնիկայի հարց է:
