Ազգային գաղափարախոսության առանցքը վստահութունն է: Պետության, ժողովրդի, հասարակության, ընտանիքի, ընկերության կազմավորման համար պայմանը առաջին հերթին վստահությունն է: Վստահությունը համախմբում է, միասնականություն է: Առանց վստահության հնարավոր չէ երկարաժամկետ համագործակցումներ նախաձեռնել և պլաններ ունենալ: Անվստահությունը շարունակ ագահություն, անտարբերություն, դավաճանություն և անհատ հերոսներ է ծնում:
Ցավոք, ոչ միայն մեր ազգային գաղափարախոսությունը տկար է, այլ նաև հիմք չունի: Դարեր շարունակ սեղմվել ենք "Միացում, ազատություն, անկախություն..." կոչերի տակ, առանց գիտակցելու, որ դրանք բոլորը դատապարտված են ոչնչանալու, եթե փոխադարձ վստահություն չկա: Իսկապես ուշագրավ է հայ գրականությունը. ժամերով կարող ես թերթել ու չհանդիպել անձնազոհությանը` հանուն ազնվության և վստահության: Մեր գրականությունը մեզ հայրենասեր է դաստիարակում, բայց չի սովորեցնում, որ առանց վստահության ոչ մի սեր չի լինում, կամ արագ մաշվում է: 
Համբոն Գիքորին ազնվություն սովորեցրեց, բայց նա կործանվեց: Մոսին վրեժ լուծեց Սարոյից, Անուշի կյանքը կործանվեց, վստահությունը պարտվեց: Թմկաբերդի Առումը` վստահությունը: Նեսոի քարաբաղնիսը...
Մենք մեզ չենք վստահում: Ինչու ? Օտարին կուրորեն վստահում ենք, Աստծուն վստահում ենք և ՄԻՇՏ խաբվում ենք:
Զարգացած երկրներում անխտիր բոլորի համար երախտիքի վարկանիշ կա: Դպրոցից սկսած բոլորը մտահոգ են իրենց վարկանիշը բարձր պահելու համար, քանի որ ամբողջ կյանքն ու գործունեությունը դրանից է կախված: 
Մեր բոլոր հաղթանակները միայն վստահության շնորհիվ է հնարավոր: Կողք կողքի կանգնելու համար պետք է միմյանց վստահենք, իսկ վստահությունը առ ու ծախի կամ փոխանցելու ենթակա չէ: Մի չարաշահեք ձեր վստահությունը:
