Չգիտեմ այլ երկրներում ինչպես է, բայց վստահ կասեմ որ Հայաստանում պաշտոնի են վազում միայն հանուն կողմնակի եկամուտին, այսինքն միայն գողանալու ակնկալիքով։ Թե չէ հա, գիշերը չեն քնում որ երջանկացնեն մեր հասարակ գյուղացուն ու բանվորին և կամ էլ պետական այդ աշխատավարձի համար են իրենց տենց ճղում։ Այդ որ բարձր պաշտոնյան է այդ աշխատավարձի մեջ պարտկվում որ։
