Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանագոտու ողջ երկայնքով հակառակորդի զինուժի կուտակումների ու ակտիվ տեղաշարժերի մասին լրատվամիջոցների եւ անհատ անձնանց կողմից շրջանառվող տեղեկատվությունը նախ եւ առաջ զարմացնում է հենց զինվորականներին: Այս մասին Հանրային Ռադիոյի «Ստատուս Քվո» հաղորդման շրջանակներում ասել է Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի  գլխավոր շտաբի օպերատիվ վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Արտակ Դավթյանը:

«Քանի որ մենք ենք առաջին հերթին վերահսկում հակառակորդի շարժը, հետախուզություն վարում, գնահատում ենք այն ինչ որ կա, որպեսզի պատրաստ լինենք մարտական գործողություններ վարելուն, մեզ համար տարօրինակ են կուտակումների մասին տարածված տեղեկությունները: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ իրենք են գտնվում հետախուզական համակարգում եւ տեղեկատվություն են տարածում»:

Իրականում, ըստ զինվորականի այդ կուտակումները բնական են, եւ դրանց առկայությունը ամենեւին չի նշանակում, որ վաղը կարող է լայնածավալ մարտական գործողություններ սկսվել:

 «Դեպքերից հետո ինչպես մենք խմբավորումներ ծավալեցինք եւ պատրաստվեցինք մարտական գործողությունների, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի հանրապետության ԶՈՒ արեց ԼՂՀ սահմանների դիմաց՝ փորձելով կատարել որոշակի խնդիրներ: Այնպես որ այդ առումով կուտակումներ կան, եւ դա բնական է:  Մյուս կողմից այդ կուտակումները չեն նշանակում, որ վաղը սկսվելու են լայնածավալ մարտական  գործողություններ: Յուրաքանչյուր կողմը՝ ինչպես հայկական, այնպես էլ ադրբեջանական, բնականաբար նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ են կատարում, հաշվի առնելով իրավիճակի լարվածութունը, մյուս կողմից կողմերը ցույց են տալիս հակառակորդին խնդիրը կատարելու իրենց պատրաստակամությունը եւ վճռականությունը, որպեսզի քաղաքական գործընթացներ սկսելու դաշտ բացվի:

Ես՝ որպես պաշտոնատար անձ, կարող եմ ասել մոտ ժամանակներս չի սպասվում լայնածավալ մարտական գործողություններ: Միեւնույն ժամանակ մենք ՝ որպես զինվորականներ, անգամ մինչեւ ապրիլյան դեպքերը, համարում ենք, որ ամեն օր կարող է պատերազմ սկսվել, եւ մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք դրան: Եվ այս դեպքերը նույնպես ցույց տվեցին, որ պատրաստ ենք նման խնդիրների կատարմանը»,- ասել է գեներալ-մայոր Արտակ Դավթյանը` հավելելով եթե մենք չունենային տեղեկատվություն եւ պատրաստ չլինեին մեր կորուստները բազմապատիկ կլինեին, կունենայինք նաեւ տարածքների կորուստներ:
