Էրդողանը հրաժարվել է կատարել հակահաբեկչական օրենքների վերաբերյալ ԵՄ պահանջները

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ իր երկիրը մտադիր չէ փոխել հակաահաբեկչական օրենքները, ինչպես պահանջում է Եվրամիությունը Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների համար առանց վիզային ռեժիմ հաստատելու դիմաց:
Ինչպես փոխանցում է Interfax-ը, Էրդողանի խոսքերը` «դուք գնացեք ձեր ճանապարհով, մենք էլ` մեր», մեջբերել է BBC-ն:
Եվրամիությունը պահանջում է, որպեսզի Թուրքիան նեղացնի ահաբեկչական գործունեության վերաբերյալ իր չափազանց լայն սահմանումները` համապատասխանեցնելով դրանք ԵՄ ստանդարտներին:
Օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի, որին բախվել է ԵՄ-ն, կարգավորման ծրագրերի մասն են կազմում: Վիզային ռեժիմի թուլացման փոխարեն Անկարան խոստացել էր ընդունել միգրանտների, որոնք անօրինաբար մուտք են գործում ԵՄ տարածք, հիմնականում, Հունաստան, Թուրքիայից: Սակայն Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ իր օրենքները ԵՄ ստանդարտներին համապատասխանեցնելու պահանջն իր երկիրը չի կարող կատարել ահաբեկչական գործողությունների լուրջ սպառնալիքի պատճառով:
Ինչպես գրում է BBC-ն, խիստ օրենքները Թուրքիային անհրաժեշտ են քուրդ ապստամբների և ջիհադական խմբավորումների դեմ պայքարի նպատակով: Սակայն Էրդողանի քաղաքականության քննադատները նշում են, որ նա դրանք կիրառում է իր քաղաքական հակառակորդներին ճնշելու համար:
