Հայաստանում ՌԴ առեւտրական ներկայացուցիչ Անդրեյ Բաբկոն այն կարծիքին Է, որ Հայաստանը կարող Է տարանցիկ երկիր դառնալ Իրանի եւ տարածաշրջանի այլ երկրների հետ Ռուսաստանի առեւտրի համար: «Հայաստանի շուկան այնքան Էլ մեծ չԷ: Նա կարող Է տարանցման երկիր դառնալ Իրանի, Վրաստանի եւ տարածաշրջանի մյուս երկրների հետ առեւտրի համար: Ամենագլավորը, իհարկե, Իրանն Է»,-ասել Է նա «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին տված հարցազրույցում:

Բաբկոյի խոսքով՝ տարանցման համար Հայաստանի տարածքի օգտագործման հարցում շահագրգռությունը հսկայական Է, բայց գոյություն ունի խնդիր՝ կապված տրանսպորտային լոգիստիկայի կազմակերպման դժվարությունների հետ: «Հարկավոր Է կառուցել դեպի Իրան ձգվող երկաթուղի եւ լրակառուցել դեպի Ռուսաստան ձգվող երկաթուղու աբխազական հատվածը: Կան մի շարք քաղաքական պահեր, որոնց լուծմանն է սպասում բիզնեսը»,-ասել Է նա:

Բացի այդ, առեւտրական ներկայացուցչի համոզմամբ, շատ հեռանկարային կարող Է լինել նաեւ Հայաստանի հետ առեւտրի ընդլայնումը: «Հայաստանին ռուսական մեքենատեխնիկական արտադրանքի մատակարարումները միանգամայն հնարավոր են եւ պահանջված, Հայաստանում մեր տեխնիկան գնահատվում Է: Վաճառքներին կարող Է ազդակ հաղորդել արտահանման աջակցման ծրագիրը, որն իրականացվում Է Ռուսաստանում»,-նշել Է Բաբկոն եւ հավելել, որ Հայաստանում հետաքրքրություն կա նաեւ ռուսական ավտոարդյունաբերության արտադրանքի « նկատմամբ:

ՌԴ առեւտրական ներկայացուցիչը արձանագրել Է, որ ռուսական բիզնեսը ներկա Է Հայաստանի արդյունաբերության գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի առեւտրում: «Այժմ գյուղատնտեսությունն այն ոլորտն Է, որով մենք ակտիվորեն զբաղված ենք: Այստեղ ռուսական բիզնեսն այնքան Էլ ուժեղ չԷ: Ուստի հարկավոր Է վերսկսել քննարկումը «Ռոսագրոլիզինգի» շուրջ: Գործի կդրվի նաեւ Ռոսսելխոզբանկը: Առայժմ այն Հայաստանում աշխատում Է ոչ թե որպես գործառնական բանկ, այլ որպես ներկայացուցչություն»,-հավելել Է Բաբկոն:
