«Հրազդան ՋԷԿ»-ից Շինուհայր ենթակայան էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի վերակառուցումը կավարտվի մինչև տարեվերջ

Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող «Հրազդան ՋԷԿ»-ից Շինուհայր ենթակայան էլեկտրահաղորդման շուրջ 230կմ երկարությամբ գծի վերակառուցումը կավարտվի մինչև տարեվերջ։ Այն հնարավորություն կտա կապել էներգամահակարգի երկու կարևոր արտադրող կայանները՝ «Հրազդան ՋԷԿ»-ը և Որոտանի հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների կասկադը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԷԲՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Գործող օդային գիծը կառուցվել է 1950-ական թվականներին։ Անցած տասնամյակների ընթացքում այն հասցրել է ֆիզիկապես և բարոյապես մաշվել՝ նվազեցնելով ինչպես գծի հուսալիությունը, այնպես էլ հանգեցնելով տեխնիկական պարամետրերի վատթարացմանը։

Նոր գծի կառուցումը նպատակ ունի ոչ միայն լուծել այդ խնդիրները, այլև ավելացնել հզորությունը։ Վերակառուցման արդյունքում գծի թողունակությունը 250 ՄՎտ-ից կհասնի 310 ՄՎտ-ի, կկրճատվի անջատումների քանակը: Եվ որ շատ կարևոր է, պայմաններ կստեղծվեն այդ հատվածում կորուստների կրճատման համար։ Դրանք 1,6-ից կհասնեն 0,7 տոկոսի։

Գծի կառուցման աշխատանքների զգալի մասն արդեն ավարտված է։ Մասնավորապես փորվել է գրեթե 500 հենարանի հիմքի տեղ, կատարվել է ավելի քան  400 հենարանի հիմքի բետոնավորում, մոնտաժվել է 289 հենարան, պատրաստվել և շինարարության տեղանք է տեղափոխվել գործարանային արտադրության 1288 հենք, որոնցից 1112-ը մոնտաժվել է։ Անցակացվել է շուրջ 69 կմ երկարությամբ հաղորդալար և ավելի քան 14 կմ երկարությամբ օպտիկամանրաթելային մալուխ։

Հրազդան-Շինուհայր էլեկտրահաղորդման օդային գծի վերակառուցման նպատակով կապալառուի հետ կնքված պայմանագրերի արդյունքներով տնտեսված միջոցների շրջանակներում՝ շուրջ 6,5 մլն դոլար, նախատեսվում է վերակառուցել նաև մոտ 50 կմ երկարությամբ «Լալվար» և «Նոյեմբերյան» 110 կՎ օդային գծերը, որոնք շահագործվում են սկսած՝ 1962թ.։ Մշտապես գտնվելով մթնոլորտ արտանետված ագրեսիվ քիմիական նյութերի ազդեցության տակ, դրանք ենթարկվել են կոռոզիայի և այլևս չեն կարող ապահովել սպառողների հուսալի և անխափան էլեկտրամատակարարումը:

Այդ նպատակով Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի հետ ստորագրված վարկային համաձայնագրում կատարվել է համապատասխան լրացում։ Ըստ այդմ, ծրագրում ներառվել է նաև նշված օդային գծերի վերակառուցումը: Արդեն իսկ կատարվել են շրջակա միջավայրի և սոցիալական ազդեցության գնահատման, տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորման աշխատանքները և հայտարարվել է միջազգային մրցույթ՝ գլխավոր կապալառուի ընտրության համար։
