ՀՀ կառավարությունն այսօրվա նիստում հաստատեց ԱԺ պատգամավորների՝ «Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու մասին» օրինագծի վերաբերյալ կառավարության եզրակացությունը, որտեղ գրված է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը ճանաչելու գործընթացը պայմանավորված է Հայաստանի և Ղարաբաղի միջև համապատասխան քննարկումներով, ստեղծված իրավիճակով, արտաքին գործոններով: Սա դեռևս չի նշանակում, որ Հայաստանը ճանաչել է ԼՂ անկախությունը կամ՝ մերժել ԼՂ անկախության ճանաչման հարցը:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
«Մենք շարունակում ենք մեր հանձնառությունը, որն ունենք ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացում։ Սա նշանակում է, որ ԼՂ անկախության ճանաչումը պայմանավորելու ենք հետագա զարգացումներով, որ արտաքին միջավայրի ու դրանով պայմանավորված՝ բազմաթիվ գործողություններով կարող են պատճառ հանդիսանալ, որ Հայաստանը ճանաչի ԼՂՀ անկախությունը: Մենք գտնվում ենք բանակցային փուլում, հստակ գիտակցում ենք բանակցային փուլի անհրաժեշտությունը, բայց դրանք վերսկսելու, շարունակելու համար ունենք հստակ նախադրյալներ»,- շեշտեց Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
Վերջինս ասաց, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ռազմական ագրեսիան չի կարող շարունակվել, զուգահեռվել բանակցություններին:
«Եզրակացությունը, ոչ թե բուն նախագիծը, հստակ, գիտակցված որոշում է»,- նշեց նա:
Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանական ղեկավարության հայտարարություններին, որ եթե Հայաստանը ճանաչի ԼՂ անկախությունը, իրենք լայնածավալ պատերազմ կսկսեն, բացի այդ՝ վերջ կդրվի Մինսկի խմբի գործունեությանը, Արտակ Զաքարյանն արձագանքեց. «Հայաստանը բազմիցս ասել է, որ եթե Ադրբեջանը սկսի լայնածավալ գործողություններ, սպառնա ԼՂ բնակչության անվտանգությանը, մեր գործողություններից մեկը կլինի ԼՂ անկախության ճանաչումը՝ իր բոլոր հետագա քայլերով: Այսօր Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է լարվածություն պահել շփման գծում, չի հրաժարվել իր ռազմական նկրտումներից, պատրաստ չէ իր հանձնառությունները բանակցային շրջանակներում կատարելու»:
Արտակ Զաքարյանի խոսքով՝ միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է համարժեք գնահատական տա ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային, իսկ եթե դրանք շարունակվեն, ապա Հայաստանն ունի իր գործողությունների ծրագիրը:
Թե ինչպիսի զարգացում կունենա օրինագիծը ԱԺ-ում, պատգամավորն ասաց, որ դա ցույց կտա ժամանակը, իսկ ԱԺ-ն տվյալ պահին համապատասխան կցուցաբերի իր վերաբերմունքը:
